I paid $120 plus tip, so I expected a professional haircut and a much better result. I contacted my stylist, Michael, afterward and asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable having him cut it again. I did not receive a response to my refund request. I'm attaching photos because they show the haircut better than I can describe it. I'm very disappointed both with the service and with how my concern was handled afterward.
