I ordered a modest swimsuit for just under £30 from modanisa. I wore it once and it bobbled all over especially on the trousers and sleeves. I contacted them one week after receiving it and they claim they can't refund me on return because I've worn it. I would expect an item of this value to last me more than one wear. I feel robbed and conned by this retailer and I will never use their service again! Their quality is terrible. I wouldn't even pay a fiver for this quality! I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered some items worth 180$ and I was shocked by the awful quality of the items I received! Two without a button and no extra provided, the way they were made was ridiculously bad, the sleeves, the shoulders, everything. The worst part is the shipping cost is on me when I want to return the items from the USA and the cost is about 57 $ to send it with tracking and insurance and 35$ without any tracking and insurance! I emailed them about the defected items and it has been a week and I have not heard back. The customer service is horrible, no answer, no help, no apology! Be careful with ordering on this site. I bought a $55 dress and was sent a different colour and entirely low quality material that wooled out after one wash. A whole $55. Another dress I bought for $42 earlier was poorly sewn it ripped after 2/3 wears. It's like it's intentional because returns are customer paid and would definitely be expensive as it's international and one can never get something useful out of their customer service due to language barrier ( they never have someone on ground who understands and can speak English) so it's exhausting making complaints. I ordered about 5 dresses from @Modanisa for my vacation, it says to be delivered between August 07th 2020 and August 10th 2020. today is August 12th 2020, and they haven't even shipped it yet. there is no way to contact them. when i finally got someone to chat with me online, they keep telling me that they "have sent my inquiry to the relevant department" they said i should hear from someone is 7days, it been about 10days no email and no package. when i chat with someone again, they said that FedEx is the issue, so i call FedEx and they told me that Modanisa haven't giving them the package, they have created a label but no package. my trip is on Friday 08/14/20 and I still don't have my clothes. this company is bullshit and they putting a shame on Muslims name. if i could give them half of a star, i would. read more

Placed an order 2017-10-29 for almost 700EUR. After waiting 1 month without any information about the order, i checked the UPS tracking-link and realized that they claimed they had tried to deliver the order 3 times without luck and had contacted Modanisa who sad that they wanted the delivery back. I got absolutely no delivery tries, no information that my package had arived and no call or mail from either UPS or Modanisa! When Modanisa payed back my money, they payed 50EUR less for the return shipping! I tried to make them understand that i never returned anything, that i simply didnt recieved them, and asked why i should pay 50EUR for a delivery i never got. It has been almost 5 months now, and they never answer my questions, doesnt answer my mails for weeks, talks veru rude on the customer support and keeps closing the issue so i have to reopen it time after time!! I ordered clothing and paid more than $400. I never received the package. This is the fourth month. I have been consistently trying to email and call them. They keep making excuses or send an email stating that my issue has been resolved and act as if I have received the package. I would never recommend using the Modanisa website, the customer service is very disappointing. The chat reps are rude and take forever to reply back. You have to send them several messages before getting a response. The website and marketing are great and very great prices, but my order was lost and they didn't help at all, instead said I had to call UPS and further investigate. When I requested a refund for my order that was lost they said they dont give refunds until the order is returned to them. Very disappointing policy, how could I be responsible for the missing order, that is why I want a refund. There email customer service doesnt get back to you until 3-4 wks later. I ordered few times through Modanisa. More than 50% of the time, there were discrepancies between what their website said about their product vs what I actually got. I am extremely disappointed this time as I ordered 4 instant Roza hijabs after seeing the product picture on their website. What I got was different, those were not instant hijab rather those were like turbans with 2 feet long hanging fabric which needs to be wrapped around your head and I didn't know how and why?! Those were supposed to be pre-tied instant right? Now when I want to return all these garbages, their website is saying a fixed amount of more than $12 will be deducted from my total payment plus, I have to pay for the international shipping which basically means I probably would not be getting any refund back rather I might have to pay out of pocket to send it back. I have been shopping with modanisa since 2015. In each purchase, I had problem either with the material or with the fitting of the products. It did not return it due to the return shipping costs that I recently came to know is not worth it. In the beginning the products were cheap so were the material; therefore, I did not return it. Recently, I did a purchase were the defect was the sizing, which other products of the same size fit me except the one product that has same size but did not fit me. Modanisa does a poor job in giving detail about the size of the product. It does not say if it is fitted, standard fitting, or loose / regular fitting. It does not even advice to take an inch high than the actual size. I had this problem since 2015 till today 2018. When I first time decided to return them the item it cost me $90.00 for shipping Canadian for the Product that I purchase was $120.00 USD. In return I get only $60.00 USD amount as REFUND, very disappointing and upsetting company. Even after I emailed them with the attachment of the Detail, RETURN SLIP of the PRODUCT, Letter of DUTIES (tax) THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY here in CANADA, and COST OF THE PRODUCT THAT I SHIPPED THEM BACK (THE receipt of shipping) RETURN AMOUNT WHICH I MENTIONED EARLY. I ordered two basic tunics, the sweater kind. I was extremely disappointed when I tried to wear one and it would not fit past the top of my head. It wouldn't even fit past my forehead. The product looks like a five year old sewed it together for fun and threw it in the dishwasher accidentally. I don't know what it would look like on me because the head hole is so tiny I'd have to be decapitated if I were able to wear it because I can't even put it on without having to yank my skull off. The hole is about the circumference of my neck which is utterly unacceptable because no one has a head thats five centimeters in diameter. The other sweater is the opposite, it's shoulder area is too large and it gets disgustingly tight at the bottom, which makes it super unflattering, while the top is loose. Whoever designed or made these clothes must have a horrible sense of fashion. I'm extremely annoyed that I spent so much money purchasing these, trusting in a website for hijabis, and having to understand through this horrible experience that American clothes fit way better for me than these articles of cloth I dare not even call clothing. I want to return these but do not know how to without having to pay for international shipping, and for a mistake that I didn't make. Modanisa, I'm very disappointed.
