Love this company and crew! I listened to the reviews and decided to book a deep cleaning move in move out so I can get my house really clean for the new year. The owner of Zion is really pleasant and I absolutely love the website. It was so easy to book and they were really responsive. Honestly, just the great reviews, the website and the ease, it was just a great experience. Lulu and her team came over and they were so pleasant and made sure everything was to my liking. I was happy with it all and am booking monthly! read more

Missed the oven. Took several hours. Was told two cleansers and only one arrived. Friendly!

I used Mod Maids when we were here in Palm Springs for 3 months. I wanted to have our condo cleaned thoroughly prior to going home to Seattle. They were very responsive and the communication was good. Maria and one other gal came out to the condo showing up on time and doing a fantastic job! We would recommend and definitely will be using Mod Maids again in the future. read more

Made appointment to have home cleaned on short notice right before Christmas. They send lulus crew and they did an excellent job. Very happy with mod maids and lulu's crew. Thank you for the excellent service read more

I confess that I'm not easy to please by service companies these days. Mod Maids under promised and over delivered. From their online booking to maids going out the door, everything was smooth, professional and downright smile-producing. Big shout out and praises to Lulu and Maria. I wanted to hug them. read more

Zion was a delight to work with on scheduling a deep cleaning of our vacation home! She was able to fit our cleaning in on short notice and even had 2 of the ladies come the day before so I could meet them prior to the cleaning! Lulu, the supervisor, and Maria plus one other woman came and did a fantastic job! They asked me to check each room as it was completed to make certain they didn't miss anything, which I greatly appreciated. My only minor complaint would be that they arrived almost 2 hrs later than the scheduled time... but they stayed until it was all done. All in all, I would absolutely use them again! read more

I have booked Mod Maids several times; I'm a repeat customer because of their reliability (they arrive when expected) and thoroughness. A small issue was resolved immediately and professionally by Zion, with excellent customer service follow up. Mod Maids has earned my trust and loyalty. read more

The team with Lulu and Tim did a great job. They came out en force and finished my 4 bedroom 3 bath house in under two hours. This was no small accomplishment with 3 dogs that shed! read more

Finding available maids that do regular non-vacation rental house cleaning is almost impossible out in the desert. Finding ones that do a great job is even harder. They have always had excellent communication and the online scheduling is amazing! I had two very minor issues that I contacted Zion about and she was incredibly understanding. The manager Lulu came out the next day and walked everything again to make sure it was done exactly as I wanted it. Since then Maria and Amy have consistently been cleaning my house well above my standards and they love my dogs which is a special added bonus. read more

Mod Maids did a great job cleaning our home. My husband and I have been together 42 years and not once did we need someone to clean our home. Unfortunately, my husband became ill and we needed help to clean our home. We were very happy with the three who came to our home and zoomed through cleaning everything that needed cleaning - and there was a LOT that needed cleaning. I've already scheduled the next cleaning. read more

Mod Maids are a fantastic cleaning service. I've been using them for a few years now, and they're always thorough, on time, and friendly. Scheduling is a breeze & it's always nice to walk in and enjoy a nice clean home when they are done. I definitely recommend them. read more

I have an elderly friend who was having allergy problems. He thought it might be dust in his apartment. I called Mod Maids over the holiday weekend, and they called back on Monday. We set up a Deep Cleaning for Wednesday morning. A crew of 5 or 6 showed up promptly at 10am, and my friend and I went out for coffee. When we returned 2 hours later, the apartment smelled FANTASTIC! All the dust from all the shelves and tables was gone, everything was in great shape. The kitchen looked great, they even did the insides of his cabinets. The bathroom has old fixtures, they did the best that could be done considering the condition of the fixtures. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Mod Maids exceeded both of our expectations. The one and only thing we noticed was the TV was unplugged (oh darn!) Overall it was a great experience. Thanks, Mod Maids! read more

The last two times that Mod Maids provided cleaning in my home. The first one was about two weeks ago and no one showed up and then someone showed up the next day who stayed for about an hour and 15 minutes clean my whole house. One person older lady who had not a lot of English. She made a lot of noise but it wasn't clean so I just let it go. This time Lulu and her crew of non-English speaking Mexican women, I know this because they were speaking Spanish to each other, came and cleaned. Not mod maids at all. Their hand rags need to be changed from room to room and they spread the dirt from one place to another. Yes I have two large dogs and they have fur that sheds in the spring but it was left in my bathroom where my dogs don't go in the second bathroom where they have never gone. I even wrote out cards for each room specifying what needed to be cleaned. I checked it out with the manager in the office, It was all kosher to all be done every time they came. Today when they left I looked. They did a really bad job and I showed it in pictures. did not turn off any ceiling fans to dust. What is wrong with people can't they understand that I just wanted improvement I want consistency. Another service that cannot provide. Lulu the team leader Called me a name on a text, I sent it to the office. I specifically told the office that I did not want to discuss it with Lulu and that I did not want her to return today as it's so upsetting to me. But then, again I got a text from her and I said no. This service really didn't do a good job even! read more

Okay, that was amazing! Just had our first cleaning by Mod Maids and they did an incredible job. Three cleaners came and were done very fast, which we love because we have chihuahuas that we sit outside with to keep from barking. They do a tour of your home when they are finished, to make sure you are happy. Mod Maids are very buttoned up. read more

K let's just say this.... On time, FOUR of them, entire loft done in 1 hour and.... me place is company ready! I have had house cleaners come to clean my home in four different states, spanning over 2 decades These are the most reasonably priced, professionals I have had to date (And I'm super picky) Hire these people read more

I requested a Deep Cleaning of my two bedroom apartment as I was planning to move in a new roommate. LuLu and a team of two other women arrived early. This is the second time her team had cleaned the apartment. The results of this visit was just mediocre, certainly not deep. The stainless appliances in the kitchen were not wiped down, the interior of the microwave was not cleaned, and the items on top of the refrigerator were not dusted/cleaned. When I contacted management I was told that these areas were not included in a deep cleaning. I find this amazing. I paid an additional fee for the cleaning to be more than average. read more

By far the best house cleaning company in the valley. I've been in love with Mod Maids for years but recently I've noticed they've got even better. Jay and Lulu are outstanding at cleaning my groovy pad and they're so nice and friendly. I'm so happy this company has survived through the pandemic and can still make my house a healthy home. Thank you...thank you...thank you. read more

The director came and gave us a great estimate. Then a great team of ladies came and deep cleaned my dad's home in about 3 hours. Extremely thorough cleaning at a reasonable price, friendly staff, and great direction... read more

I've been using the mod maids for several months now and couldn't be happier. On their first visit they did what was called a 'deep cleaning' and after that they've come every other week. They come in with a crew of five and spend a little more than an hour and when they leave everything is clean, vacuumed, and dusted. Yes, they do windows!(and toilets, sinks and showers) They bring all their own equipment and cleaners...Highly recommended! read more

Excellent service. Came home from vacation to a pristine house. So happy with the service . They will be back next week and hopefully moving with me to my new residence. read more

Lulu's crew did such an amazing job on my house! They were very thorough and made sure to get everything spotless and beautiful. Will definitely be calling them again to clean and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for good hard working cleaners! read more

Lulu did a great job and her knowledge in cleaning is the best because there is cleaning crews that don't even know what there doing will definitely keep in touch ! Great company, highly recommend. Odessa, the owner, saved me on a Coachella fest turn when part of my cleaning crew had a family emergency. Sara and her crew did a fantastic job, and were very quick in helping me to turn a large 4 bedroom, 3 bath Airbnb. Fyi...Odessa is awesome, only one to say she would help. Other people in the biz replied that they don't do emergencies, but contact them if I want to hire full time. If I was able to help in a pinch, I would be there for you. Thanks again Odessa! Sorry for the delay with reviewing, been crazy busy! read more

From start to finish, working with Mod Maids was a great experience. James listened to what I needed (a post-pandemic deep cleaning of my elderly, visually impaired mother's 1,100 square ft. house), and sent Lulu and her colleagues to do the job. The cleaners arrived promptly, gloved and masked. The worked carefully and efficiently, checked with me to ask good questions, and walked me through the completed work. Mod Maids' fee seemed very reasonable. I definitely would recommend Mod Maids, and plan to have them clean my mother's house on a monthly basis. read more

First - - the website alone could be worth a five-star rating. It is SO EASY to use. I needed a move-out clean for the 1BD/1BA I was renting. I called a couple of other local ladies (one's phone didn't seem to be working), and another came over to look at my place and give me an estimate and only then did we realize that the date I wanted the service completed was a Saturday and she didn't work on weekends. Anyway - - I was so happy that "move-in/move-out" was a menu option on the website. Selecting my preferred date and time was equally easy! I put in my card number and didn't have to worry about having a check or cash on hand. LOVE IT. On Saturday, three ladies were perfectly on time (even five minutes early) and had all 580 sq. ft. of my former rental condo clean, clean, clean in an hour and 15 minutes! I was HAPPY to pay a little extra for EASE of scheduling and having the clean completed so efficiently!! My landlord was impressed when he arrived an hour later to do the final walk-through with me - - he asked me who I used. :) read more

This was my first cleaning with "Mod Maids" and I can only speak for the team that was sent to my home. "Lulu" and her team of girls were fabulous my home was was spotless. I will request "Lulu" for each of my follow up cleaning. I'm very glad that "Mod Maids" sent Lulu and her team. Thank you! read more

We have been using Mod Maids for about a year to help clean our vacation home in Palm Springs. We aren't out there very often, but can get the place pretty "used" when having a family weekend since I'm always using the kitchen. Odessa (owner) has been amazing to work with! If we have a small spill or certain area of the house that needs extra attention, she listens and solves the problem for us. Her team keeps our home sparkling clean! In addition to the professional and prompt cleaning, Odessa has also helped our family with recommendations for other services in Palm Springs and has even helped collect a "rent the runway" shipping mishap. I highly recommend Mod Maids for your cleaning services! read more

Inconsistent. Trash not always taken out. Left the A/C on at 68 degrees in summer. Charged extra for small tasks like $25 to wipe down the refrigerator interior. Two complete sets of king sized sheets and several towels jammed into the washing machine. I recommend you try other home cleaning service providers. read more

First, let it be known, I am selfish with my time. I work a lot. I travel a lot. I have kids. I like bourbon. And I seldom write reviews. But Mod Maids is very different and I feel I owe it to YOU to state my claim. First, their service provides me with an immaculately clean home. I have had made cleaning services in the Coachella Valley. This is the best, bar none. Second, Mod Maids' mod maids are as sweet and personable, helpful and friendly as you will ever experience in one holding a brush to your kids' filthy toilet. I also like their mod vans and uniforms. It makes me think, "Yes! Palm Springs is alive!!" Third, owners James and Odessa are totally amazing, accommodating and flexible. I am not an easy client, but they make it easy for me to be me. It's not easy to admit that you're high maintenance, unless you have the best care and maintenance a cleaning service can provide. That said, I challenge you to find out for yourself. Call them. But maybe be nicer than I am. Thanks Mod Maids. I truly appreciate all you guys do. read more

Called to get a estimate Friday of last week no one answered so I left a message and no one called me back and now it's Wednesday I was really looking forward to have them clean for me. read more

I am a realtor and I was having a difficult time finding a house cleaning company to do a deep cleaning for a client that moved out before the new owners moved in. After calling several other companies ALL who never answered or called back. I finally called Mod Maids. James answered on my first call. Rearranged his cleaning crew schedule and was able to accommodate my short request. His team showed up on time (in fact 15 min early) ready and willing to get to work. Lulu the supervisor, was supposed to come with two other helpers yet 4 showed up. They went work asking me to show them my concern areas. They all worked very hard and very efficient. When they were done I was outside just to say good by and lock up and then... Lulu said if you would please come and inspect to be sure we met your expectations. WHAT she really cared ? YES she did. She had pride in the work she and her team did. Everything was perfect, they even cleaned in areas that I did not even think about (all the little nooks and crannies) why??? Lulu said If I was moving here I would want it to be perfect ! So if you want "perfect" cleaning with a team that really cares about what they are doing. I suggest you contact Mod Maids. I am sure James will take care of you. I know we will be using him and Mod Maids again. I have already referred him and Mod Maids to may of my friends and clients. read more

Was looking for a really good house cleaning service, a one time job, apartment turnover. Wow! They totally exceed my expectations. On time for the estimate, on time for the appointment, everyone wearing uniforms, and the did a deep clean that was amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough, will definitely be using them for my own home in the near future. This is really a great company, but best of all, the place was spotless! read more

There will always come a time when I just do not want to. Well? I didn't so they did! What a relief to have Mod Maids come save the day. Thank you for brightening my day! read more

Anything less than five stars for this cleaning crew is just not fair! Odessa is meticulous. I am so happy I found her. Her crew takes care of my vacation rental and this is the first time I never worry that the home will be perfect when guests arrive. TY Odessa! read more

I agree with the other reviewers, Mod Maids are friendly, prompt, and very thorough. They are the first cleaning crew I have used here in PS, but there's no reason to look further. Mod Maids are the best! read more

We were extremely satisfied with their service. We had renters who left our place a real mess. We were given a bid that was very reasonable. A day later a crew of 6 showed up and really got the whole place sparkly clean. They even got ugly hand marks off the walls. We will definitely use them again; we highly recommend them. read more

We recently purchased a condo in the Palm Springs area and the very first thing we needed was a deep cleaning of "everything" inside the condo. The condo was turnkey so it included all the furniture and the dishes, glasses, silverware, towels & linens, bedding, & etc. It had been used as a daily rental and had not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. I searched through the yelp reviews for cleaning services in Palm Springs and decided to choose Mod Maids. And I made the right choice. Odessa knew exactly what we needed and sent out her crew in a timely manner as soon as the escrow had closed and we were the new owners. Odessa went out of her way to arrange for her crew to enter the property as we were not able to be in Palm Springs on the day of the cleaning. Mod Maids sent in their crew and cleaned "everything." They laundered the towels & bedding and washed all of the kitchenware. And when we arrived the next day we entered our condo to a sparkling clean place that looked like no one had used it before. Mod Maids is the best, and now we will use them for continuing cleaning of the condo as well. Thanks Odessa. read more

They wiped down everything !! then vacuumed mopped...I was there & watched them...didn't have to say anything, they did everything I would of done! I was soo pleased ! I will continue to use them, probably on a twice a month basis....If you are looking for a cleaning service this is the place to call...Don't pass them up..Also a GREAT group was sent to my house & I couldn't of been more pleased to how nice they all were ! Also very detail oriented !! They did not miss a spot. And yes they brought all their own cleaning equipment & cleaners..Once they were done I moved my furniture right in !! Trying to find a house cleaning agency you trust and can rely on is sometimes a difficult task. When Mod Maids came to give us an estimate and to view our home, there was an instant level of trust. I have no issues referring them to all our friends and neighbors. They are prompt to call us back and always in time! read more
