The front desk attendant greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help me. Informed him my dad had a 12:30 appointment. We arrived 30 min early due to the driver getting the times mixed up but it worked out perfectly The wait time was 20 min bc we arrived 30 min before the scheduled appointment and it was lunchtime so the tech was out for lunch. While waiting, I observed the cleanliness of the area and how well-maintained it is. The decor matched perfectly. As we walked to the exam room, I noticed the locker room for patients to house their belongings during the examination. There were 2 locker rooms My dad was dressed so he did not utilize the lockers The techs assisted my dad in transferring him to one of their chairs. They handled him with care. The entire examination was approximately 30 min. We waited 10 min for the disc Overall we were satisfied with the service. I would recommend this location. Very large parking lot shared with other businesses. Ample parking
