live in the tradition area in Port st lucie and have used new life pharmacy a few times with no…read moreissues and I actually loved them although today I had a few prescriptions sent in from my doctor when I went to pick them up i got drilled by a woman who claimed she was a nurse so not the pharmacist I was being asked to pay without using my insurance when I asked she claimed they rejected the payment so I called my insurance which is cvs cvs while at the pharmacy and they told me and I put it on speaker that there was not any issue and my Co pay was 4.00 for one and 7.00 for the other while new life was asking for 47.00 when I asked the so called nurse who was at this point in a very bad mood she claimed it was saying there was a system error on her end while cvs cvs said no it was going through on their end but she persisted that I would have to pay out of pocket also saying that I was taking too much of the cough medicine insinuating that I was over dosing the cough medicine which I was not and it was really not up to her to make that assumption so I asked how we could resolve the issue and she kept repeating that it was a system error but if I paid cash it would be OK so I am so so disappointed in this pharmacy that I would rather use crappy cvs where I have to wait on line forever so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NEW LIFE PHARMACY ON VILLAGE PARKWAY IN PORT ST LUCIE and this so called nurse should be fired!!!

He is correct, my office, by accident, sent him the final draw before the work was completed and then realized the error and did a STOP Payment on the check (our office uses positive pay) and it did NOT bounce as he claims. I left numerous VMs and txt and never a reply. The problem, I believe, is they had a west FL office in Venice and then shut it down and basically stopped servicing this side of the state due to cost of travel time from the east side of the state. I simply wish he would have just replied to my numerous calls to him. In the end my elevator is not functioning properly and in order to get it working properly other elevator companies are quoting crazy amounts due to the horrible (their words not mine) installation originally. Again, do NOT trust this person or company very unethical. BTW I am a developer and contractor in WI and we average $50+ million a year in work and this was for my personal house in Sarasota and very frustrating experience.
