It was there when I arrived on site. I used it all that day went upstairs in my room, hooked up the charger and charged it. The next morning I wake up and get on my chair I go downstairs and I have three bars on the energy gauge. They have very few of these chairs, so I figured I was just gonna be out of luck. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure that a new chair was brought for me and there was no lapse in service.
