Center where many of our events were being held. I searched online, and LMS was one of the companies that sounded most promising, so I submitted an online request for a quote. I had the quote by the next morning, and it came in over 25% lower than the national scooter rental company the convention committee had referred me to. The scooter was dropped off and waiting for me at the hotel by the time we arrived, it was in great shape, it was extremely comfortable and easy to drive, and it served me very well every day, all day. I left it with the bellman in the hotel lobby as I left, and LMS picked it up from there. My experience with LMS was perfect -- it went just like I hoped it would! I'd been worried about whether I'd be able to get around well enough to enjoy the convention, and because of the scooter, and the excellent service provided by LMS, it was completely hassle-free. I'm going back to Louisville later this year for another convention, plan to rent from them again for that week, and have already told others about them, too.

The other group got out of the stairlift business. My family found BT and he helped us a lot! The chair broke again. For almost 6 months Mom and I would slowly and shakily take the stairs. Mom and I had falls in various places and sometimes on the steps. We decided to get a whole new and better product. Several people came to give in-home estimates and they ranged from $7,000 to $14,000. BT came to discuss pricing and we contracted immediately for much less than any other estimate. It was in a range that we had investigated with the last lift. A few days later, Jeremy Colyer installed our new Elan stairlift.
