I had contacted Marc about a boat I was about to purchase. He happened to know the seller. He checked out the boat his friend was selling and was honest with me to tell me the engine was blown. He was honest with me when his "Friend" wasn't. He has a good heart. Trust him! read more

Complete POS and joke for business. Doesn't communicate, doesn't show up when suppose to. When finally does, his diagnosis is different than previous. Clearly an immature unprofessional slob. Ghosted me after looking at boat, finally got him to respond when called/texted from different phone number. He obviously doesn't know what he is doing and rather than simple saying he isn't sure or would prefer not to tackle the job, he simply just ignores you and accumulates multiple negative repeating reviews. Be surprised if my boat doesn't need even more work since he touched it. read more

Had an emergency and Marc got out to us right away. Great service, great value. Mobile Marine worked on our boat at our house on our dock with the boat in the water. Would most definitely use again and would tell anyone not to hesitate to have them come out. Thanks Marc. read more

I was able to contact Marc from a suggestion from another person. He was able to get me in and fix my handlebars for my Harley. Great person to work with. Will use again for sure. read more

I own a 1968 OMC Evinrude Sportsman 155HP V6, a classic boat. When I bought the boat it was unusable. I called Mark from Mobile Marine. He was super nice and friendly. I hired Mark and Mobile Marine to bring my baby back to life. 10 Years later and my 52 Year Old Beautiful classic boat is still going strong. Mark will treat you right. He will offer many suggestions that are DIY that can save you money. If you're unable to fix it, Mark can step right in and get it done right. I can't say enough good things about how happy, it has made me to know that if anything comes up with my families boat, Mark is there to help. Thank Guys! read more

I would say this has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I wanted my boat shrink wrapped. A price and date for the job was scheduled. A month later and many texts afterwards the job is still not started. The guy just didn't show up! He gave a multitude of excuses why he couldn't do the job. Now my boat is covered in snow and I'm forced to find a replacement. Steer clear of this outfit, they promised to do the job then just gave excuse after excuse for not showing up. My only regret is that I can't rate Mobile Marine Service lower. read more

Mark serviced and wrapped my boat this fall and did a great job. After the Grinch Snowstorm dropped a tree on my boat he came and made the needed repairs to the wrap to seal it up as the latest round of snow was falling. I was able to clear the tree yesterday and he was there today. That's great customer service. read more

I have used Mobile Marine Service on a number of occasions. I found the mechanic to be very honest, able to diagnose problems quickly and solve them for a very reasonable cost. The best thing is that they can come to where you are. I own a boat with two Cummings 450's and the marina in Hampden where I keep my boat is a Yamaha dealership and doesn't deal with diesel engines. Recently, Mobil Marine was able to visit, diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Quality workmanship and honestly are in short supply sometimes in boating. This small business works hard to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them!! read more

I have used Mobile Marine Service before and have been reasonably satisfied. This time I called and set up a time for Marc to come and work on my boat and he did not show. I waited two hours and called and he has yet to answer a day later and several calls. Very disappointing. Obviously he cannot be counted on to do what he claims he is asked to do. read more

If there was 0 stars this is what this joke of a business would get. Talked to him several times about doing some work to my boat and he always said he wanted the job but when it came down to doing it he would give an excuse as to why he couldn't at the time. Instead of just saying it was over his head and to try and find someone else he just gave us the run around. I wouldn't take my boys bike to him much less a 20k dollar boat. Save yourself some time and find a professional ... this guy is a joke. read more

Marc did a great job repairing and servicing my twin 350 crusaders. Also did an excellent job shrink wrapping my boat previously. Can't say enough about his reliable and friendly service. read more

A helpful and knowledgable response that exceeded expectations. He answered the phone at 6PM on a Saturday and took the time to talked thru the problem with my Merc 60. He asked me to text pics so he could fully understand. He then made suggestions for me to try on my own. Super helpful! We came up with a plan. If I can't fix it easily on my own based on our conversation, I know he can do it for a very reasonable amount this week. I feel like I have found a new friend who actually knows how to help (no offense to my friends who try to help!) read more
