My wife and I are both in our seventies and so we hired this company to sealcoat our driveway. We hired them in the fall. And then we took off for the winter. Upon returning home early spring we noticed that all the paving substance was gone. No cars drove on it. My plow guy plowed it twice. No salt, no chemicals were put on the driveway. They refuse to take care of it. Seems to me that sealcoating should last more than 6 months. Especially when nobody drives on it. I called them in early April to come and look at it. Here it is the middle of June and they just looked at it yesterday. The owner William Stanley said you have to do it every year. That's not true. Do not use this company. This company is very unreliable and does poor quality work. We called them to let them know the new driveway was having multiple issues and it took weeks to get a call back. When they called back we were given an excuse that they were to busy and also could not get the product since the city was getting it first. I called again no call back. I called a fourth time and was told they would come out the very next week and assess it and fix it in the same day. That was a month ago and since they only guarantee the work for a year.
