If I could give less than one star I would…read more We took our car here last month to have what we thought was the alternator replaced. It turned out it was the battery needing to be replaced. They called and tried to push more services on top of what was already being done and when we declined those they continued to push. Well we got the car back and it was quite obvious that they did not test drive the car to make sure it was ok because as we were driving it, it began to stall out every time we slowed down/stopped. As we are a limited budget family we could not have this "new issues" worked on until this month and so took it to our regular mechanic to have it fixed and turns out this place left a vacuum hose disconnected and that was causing the stalling. So we ended up having to pay $125 to fix their incompetence. Honestly they should be responsible for that $125 that we had to pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON. If you do not buy into everything they want you to have done they will mess up your car so you have no choice but to pay more money to have things fixed.

As I stated in my review for the window tinting, Kurt does a very thorough job of explaining the product, his procedure to apply the product, the options for the product and different costs and what to expect in reality. He does so with a polite, courteous, professional manner and will listen to you and answer your questions. I had Sign Pro do the exterior detailing before applying the ceramic coating to the entire vehicle. Along with applying products to the rims and tires. I have to say, my vehicle looks amazing! I didn't think it was possible to make it look better than when I took delivery of it from the dealer, but Sign Pro sure made it look outstanding. I could not be happier. I had the work done a couple months ago and have driven the vehicle in some nasty winter road conditions. I took it to an automatic car wash today and in my opinion the road grime removed so much easier and thoroughly because of the ceramic coating.
