This has pretty much been my go to car wash for awhile. Until today! I went for an external wash…read moreonly with no wheel dressing. After they wiped down my car, I noticed that my wheels and rims were dripping wet. I brought it to the attention of the dude that was working the register. He literally ignored me and went inside to take care of customers waiting. I went back inside and repeated, my wheels weren't wiped. He first tells me that I only got an exterior wash which I remind him that the wheels are located on the OUTSIDE of the car. He then tells me that he wiped my wheels and I literally had to make him walk back over to my car and point to the dripping wet tires and rims. He tried his best to ignore me but that was unacceptable. I should have taken my tip back but his actions shouldn't impact the rest of the crew. However, his actions resulted in me not returning to this place. It's important for car wash workers to understand that drying the vehicle is just as important as washing it!!

Could not get a manager's number from them nor any of the employees on site. After weeks, I finally got in touch with the manager Joe I was able to move the process along and escalate it to the owners, but they are unwilling to take any responsibility and compensate for the damage they caused.
