At the time, I was disappointed with the service--particularly the window tint installation. Dominic invited me back and gave the team the opportunity to make things right. The tint was replaced, and I received excellent, VIP-level customer service throughout the process. One of the worst tint installation companies I've had the utter displeasure working with. After…read morewaiting 5 hours for just a rear windshield and some sides, it comes out off centered, hairs behind the film, and bubble everywhere. I was told they would disappear in a few days, they did not. Thank god for limelight, I wanted them to fix the bad windows and add a front windshield, got me out in 3 1/2 hours including the time it took to remove the old tint. Would never come back nor recommend *The Tint Shop* for any of their services. I have more to say but unfortunately I don't believe it is appropriate so I'll leave it there.

Ian always had vague materials listed with wrong dimensions of my truck. I live in out of state so i finally came to in person to see what was going on and they had just started framing my truck out of WOOD!!!! I already own a food truck so i know that you shouldn't build one out of wood. water will get in behind the walls and swell and bubble. long story short I asked where my equipment was and Ian told it was at the warehouse and all they needed to do was pick it up I said please go pick it up i want to it her by tomorrow and he said ok. before i left the shop i went into his office to confirm the equipment was coming and he said no that he didn't have my money. i said where is my money? he said its in the business .. Well Ian its my money and doesn't go into your business it was meant for my truck nothing else. Ian and Maggie still haven't returned my money and I had to retain a lawyer. M Design is claiming they did over $10k of work to my truck which mind you they shouldn't even have touched my truck as we did not have a signed contract. Ian charged me in his "quote" for work done after i pulled my truck out of there $3500 for consultation fee.. he is just trying to inflate the rate so he doesn't have to pay me my money. My lawyer doesn't even cost the much. and to top it all off they took parts of my truck which i own and had shipped to them. i was told that from there employees that not to drive it in the rain cause they took my wiper blade motor. M design, Ian Mac Donald, and Maggie Tobin are scam artists. DO NOT give them any money. I know of 3 other people that are out including myself in total over $100k and M design doesn't have their money. Ian Mac Donald has already filed bankruptcy once and If given the opportunity to do it again he will. He has been given a license to steal peoples money and schmoozes with his used car sales man talk.. don't be fooled. He and Maggie Tobin are professional scam artists. You've been warned. and of course i have pictures and videos to prove.

I needed some vinyl graphics removed from my jeep that were put on by another company. Last week I…read morewent for an estimate and the crew at X-press Sign told me it would take about an hour and the cost would be $70.00. The guys said "Come back Thursday at 9am and we'll get right on it." I showed up at 9am pulled in their garage and they immediately went to work. It actually took the team about 50 minutes to do the job, which by the way was better than I expected once completed. They cashed me out and said "We're shaving a bit off because it took a little less time." Who does that? Only a small business with a big heart who cares about their customers... That's who. Not only was the work done with excellence but they were friendly and helpful and I'll be telling this story for a long time to come.

Have a 2022 Renegade XL Motorhome. Shortly after it was received, we realized that Diamond Shield…read moreforgot to install the left 1/2 of the bumper (with D.S.). Unfortunately, the resultant rock chips necessitated the bumper being re-painted (which they would not pay for). Now, the other 1/2 of the bumper Diamond Shield is "peeling off" and taking the paint with it. So, I will have to remove the D.S. & re-paint the bumper. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product, and what appears to be very poor installation and attention to detail (especially when they forgot to install 1/2 of it). As others have said: "Don't do it". It causes the problems it purports to prevent.

I love them. As a…read moresmall business owner, I've got printing to do from time to time. And sometimes I haven't planned ahead well. They have come through in a pinch for me several times. The last time was when we were putting a binder together for a conference we were hosting. The printing was awesome but I realized I forgot a couple critical pages. I sent them over to rapid print in the morning expecting I might have to wait until the next day and they had them done for me at noon! I swung by and picked them up and didn't have to stress. As a small business owner there are plenty of other things to stress about. At least I don't have to about whether or not I can rely on my printer. I've used several printers and had so many frustrating experiences, probably the biggest is LONG delays. When they say RAPID print they actually MEAN it!
