When the guy came to set up he said he couldn't pick up at the agreed upon time and instead told me 730pm. 730 came and went so I called the number and he said ok give me 15minutes. Well then 25 minutes came and went and another call. The guy now says give me 30 minutes...no we cannot give you 30 more minutes! We have a scheduled plan to do fireworks! This is absolutely unacceptable! It took two more calls and 45 minutes until he finally showed up at 840pm! It then took him 20 minutes to get everything packed away. Now we're at 9pm, all my daughters little friends have left because they're 5&6 and it's now way too late for most of them. Absolutely unacceptable!

We did save money by going to pick up the bounce house and setting up ourselves, but totaly worth the drive and muscle. I recommend the Sponge Bob wet/dry combo especially for kids under 10...but believe me i think the parents had more fun than the kids. Also they have a location in DeSoto! Took us 15 min. to get there, we paid $150 and we picked up the 400lb bounce house at 8:30am they allow you to keep it till 9am the next morning. If you decide to do the set up of the bounce house by yourself i recommend you have at least six strong men to help! We managed with 4 but would have been easier with 6.

I highly recommend Yard Fiesta with easy, fast and affordable service.

I ordered the mascots/characters of Mr. And Mrs. Mouse for my daughter's birthday party over the…read moreweekend. We had multiple issues with their service: 1) I scheduled the characters to arrive at 4:30pm. The characters did not show up until almost 4:50pm. Their "manager" text me saying they would arrive by 4:40, but they were still later than that. 2) Upon arrival, they just entered into my backyard without knocking on my door, asking where to enter through, or overall asking for permission to enter onto my property. Mind you, my backyard is completely gated so they opened up the gate without my permission. This was not only a safety issue, but also ruined my child's surprise of the characters because this was so unorganized. The "manager" did not ask me if they could enter or where to enter through until after all of this had already occurred and we directed them where to go. 3) Both the character costumes were so obviously old, worn, and extremely dirty. It was clear that the costumes were not taken care of or had even been bothered to be cleaned before our event. 4) The individuals who were wearing the costumes were very obviously untrained. The costumes were not even put on properly or completely because everyone could see the back of their necks. 5) In general, the characters' routine was very clearly and so flagrantly unrehearsed, uncoordinated and unprepared. The characters would awkwardly stand around not knowing how to act or how to proceed. This occurred a few times and their "manager" had to tell them to "keep dancing." There was no structure, no planning and zero preparation. Because of all of this, we decided to cut the "performance" short. When I pay for a service, especially at the rate they charged, my expectation is that the company deliver on that service in a professional and prepared manner. This was not that. The service I was provided was unprofessional, did not meet the level of quality I expected, lacked attention to detail, lacked standard and general effort, and was overall unimpressive. Don't do it.

I honestly can't recommend Wilco Event Rentals enough. We used them for a get-together party…read morerecently and Wilco made the whole event way better than we expected. They have a huge selection of rentals that make hosting parties super easy. We ended up getting a margarita machine, the outdoor movie night, and some backyard games, and everything was a hit with our guests. The margarita machine was probably the star of the night. It worked perfectly and was super easy to use. Everyone kept going back for refills and it really gave the party a fun vibe. The outdoor movie night setup was awesome too. The picture was clear and it was perfect for watching a game outside with everyone hanging out. What really stood out though was the service. They were super professional, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Delivery and setup was smooth, and everything was clean and ready to go. You can tell they actually care about making sure your event goes well. They also have a ton of other options like concessions, tents, party speakers, and backyard games, so you can basically get everything you need for a party in one place. It takes a lot of stress off planning when you know the equipment will show up on time and work exactly like it's supposed to. If you're planning a birthday party, game day watch party, backyard movie night, wedding event, or really any kind of gathering, Wilco Event Rentals is 100% the way to go. Great equipment, great service, and just an overall awesome experience. Definitely will be using them again for future events. Highly recommend!
