This place has the worst customer service and no business sense at all! The little troll guy that works there should stay in the garage he has no brains. And the large female with the tight bun that looks like she is giving herself a facelift is rude and does not greet anyone unless you catch her eye in a good way. I suppose I didn't because she had a disgusted frown on her face. She keeps her face down most of the time and doesn't look in your eyes while talking to you. Like she is bored and wished she was somewhere else. I did too at that moment!! She had a State Inspector tee on. I tried calling three times and no one picks up the phone. I asked her a few questions and she wanted to know why all the questions. It's a business I have questions. Then she said she was busy and there was only one person inside and another standing outdoors. I drove 15 minutes to find this place and all I got were two idiots that should not be employed period. This business has the worst customer service. Rae Tamez makes no acknowledgment and Stella Tamez lacks personality and manners. She has a horrible frown on her face and doesn't smile at her customers or greet them either. I have to assume if you lack the ability to communicate your business in a professional direction than your work must be just as bad. I'd go elsewhere to where I know my vehicle would get the professional attention and work done right. I would certainly not recommend this place or these people to do an oil change or anything on a truck at all. Least of all mine. I read some of the reviews so I didn't know what to expect truthfully. But I was truly amazed with the service I was given. I walked in and was greeted with a smile as she told me she would be right with me she was helping another customer. The office was quite small but still nice. As I waited my turn I heard her state to another customer it was cash only for state inspections, so I left to go get cash and went back. I literally waited 20 minutes with 2 ahead of me until my car was done. To me that was fantastic. I had been waiting at places an hour or so just to be seen. My experience was awesome I will return and definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

My wife and I found this place a couple of years ago and we wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are the kindest most giving people that you will ever meet. They helped our family when I lost my job and couldn't work they did our oil for free and donated money till I got back on my feet, without expecting anything in return, you don't meet someone like that very often.
