Ken showed up on time and was extremely professional throughout. Our patio, walkways and driveway look fantastic and I'm pleased that they are clean and sealed to help prevent any future water or sun damage. Ken did such a great job with the pressure washing, that we also had him haul away some old, large items (patio heaters, etc.) that were in-operable and rusting in place. I will absolutely use Ken and KAW Pro Services the next time we need power washing, sealing or junk removal. I give him our highest recommendation.

Coincidentally, they had just started the business a week prior. I was hesitant when I heard that, but price and availability were the key to me giving them a chance (we used paypal with detailed invoice to build trust). They cleaned out the old location of 3,600 sq ft, including removing pesky residue on the walls, and cleaned the new location of 1,800 sq ft, including carpets were about to pull up and discard (they were that bad), all within the same day! Very thorough and efficient work was done. Didn't need their hands to be held. They were communicative throughout the process.
