There was an issue with the repair that Mr Van Poelvoorde performed on my Tannoy speakers. When I…read moreemailed him about this, asking for a fix, but received no response. Tried various means, all the time staying polite. When I finally got through to him he immediately started shouting. Could not get a word in. Called me a liar and an extortionist. Completely baffling. Could not be reasoned with, much to my regret as I now have to get the speakers fixed elsewhere and try to recoup the costs through the courts. Very unfortunate and avoidable. Judging by other reviews, some are fortunate to be happy with the repairs. But it's also clear that whenever there is an issue, as is possible, Mr Van Poelvoorde is less than helpful.
