WORST SERVICE EVER!!!…read more I went to this shop on August 25th with the issue that the screen of my phone was shattered. Upon inspection I was told by the employee that by wednesday the phone will be good to be collected. Not only did the employee disregard my presence most of the time because I am English speaking, but also upon my request to write what was inside my phone, completely ignored that. So on Friday 29th of August, i went to pick up my phone. Thank good i decided to open the back and check for my battery and other components. The screws immediately fell from my phone (sloppy job). Most importantly, i realised the memory card was missing. After a whole day of going to the police and the shop, nobody could do anything since I did not have proof that it was inside. Bare in mind, that i am doing research for a Diplomatic Mission here in Brussels, and had valuable information. My phone is a Blackberry and hence good for dealing with documents. Even if the employee had no intention to steal my information, the fact that they did not even bother to screw in the screws to my phone but were ready to accept the payment and give me the phone, only suggest that the work in this shop lacks a professional approach. Add to this an awful customer experience, even when the consul of the Embassy came to the shop, he was treated like nothing. Overall, customer be ware. Would not recommend!!!
