Case in point, I believe he is the one who worked on my vehicle. Fluids were all overfilled and I kept getting error codes lighting up my dashboard. Car never worked right after that. I kept bringing in my vehicle to have it looked at to no avail. Chris and Patrick would basically shrug their shoulders to my situation. I feel like they give better treatment to new cars than older ones. I'll give Chris a little credit because he tried to fix it himself and didn't charge me but in the end I had to give the car away because it was basically inoperable. Which sucks when you're out hundreds of dollars in "repairs" to them. I'm seeing lots of 5-star reviews from people with no profile picture and only 1 review which tells a lot right there. For example, the drive belt has the beginnings of a minor crack but it sounds like it's probably not going to be an issue for 20,000 miles. They also asked for a review multiple times after the service. We disputed the repair service with our credit card company because our vehicle had not been returned to us and because of the negligent handling of our vehicle while in Pro Auto Tech's possession. Our truck was found July 15th by police and taken into a Ford dealership to have it re-keyed and inspected for damages. It was at this time Rick personally disputed our claim with the credit card company and recharged our card because "they found the vehicle". To this day Rick, the owner of Pro Auto Tech, never tried to reach out out to us, apologize for incident / inconvenience, and refuses to accept any responsibility for the events that took place under his care.
