I love that the staff wears masks and they are very careful about safely procedures. The main reason I have been going to this particular shop for three is years is the customer service and the extraordinary savings. I have been working with Alex for three years and recently with Nahar and the young lady whose name I've forgotten. They are so personal and work so well with each other, that I can meet with one of the colleagues and the next day with another member and they will personally know why I am coming back in. They all speak excellent English and will help with getting appointments with phone companies which can be very challenging normally. I switched from TMobile to Mobilcom-debitel because they offer me all of the services and companies I need (I have TMobile for my mobile phone and Vodaphone for my house internet and landline phone). Compared to the prices that my friends pay for their services, I've always found that the staff at Mobilcom-debitel on Langgasse in Wiesbaden have found ways to really provide the most affordable plans for both home and handy.
