I would give 0 Stars if I could. This place is as bad! They literally steal your money! I was on a business trip in Munich and the speaker from my iPhone 5s broke but I needed my phone for the meeting. So I went in this shop because it looked nice and trustworthy. I talked to the customer representative at first but he referred me to the boss which I was quite happy about - at first. He said they could fix the speakers within 1 hour and the price was only going to be 45 Euro so I agreed. When I came back an hour later the speaker was fixed BUT the home button DID NOT WORK AT ALL ANYMORE! I asked them to fix it because it was working perfectly before and the boss simply said: No! Because I couldn´t prove that it was working before! WHAT A JOKE! He offered me to fix the home button for another 55 Euro!!!!!!!! I had a huge argument with this guy and at one point he started laughing at me and talked to his employes and they both laughed WHILE I WAS TALKING to him. I just left as there was nothing I could do anymore and as I had to grab a taxi to get my meeting! I got my home button fixed at a certified Apple retailer as of course I did not want to give this guy another 55 Euros! Do NOT EVER go there - that is my advise. read more
