I wrote an email, no answer. One month later I got it repaired as cheap as possible und wrote an email if they could give me a refund. They really want me to send the iphone from capetown (where I work for the next three months) to Germany that they can repair it and send it back) That is just ridiculous! In a time where everybody is talking about sustainability and emissions they want me to send it over 26000km to Germany and back. What the hell? Just because it is written in the AGBs? How many of your clients are asking about support in a foreign country? I mean, you sold me a shit product which got broke after one month with a well known problem of the x series... well I shouldn't be surprised because it is just Germany, a total service desert. But it just reminded me again to not come back very soon... If you want to have good service, you better buy a new one direct from apple.
