I walked into the store and asked to use the restroom -- RIGHT after I had just pumped gas and paid for a car wash at his station. I literally just gave this place my money, and this guy acted like I walked in off the street trying to use his restroom for free. The first worker told me, "The key is on the counter." Simple. So I go to the counter and ask the other guy -- the one who acts like he owns the place -- for the key. Instead of handing it to me like any normal business would do for an actual paying customer, he tells me to "go check if someone's in there." So I check. The door shows GREEN -- VACANT. Completely open. I go back and tell him that, and he looks at me like I'm the idiot and says, "Someone's in there," even though the sign literally says VACANT. Then the first worker comes over and literally points at the key that's sitting right there, but the owner keeps acting confused and insisting the door is locked. Then he raises his voice at me -- over HIS own mistake. No reason, no logic, just attitude. At that point, I turned to him and said, "What is your problem? You ain't tough. So stop acting like you're tough." Because honestly, the way he was talking to me was completely unnecessary. Instead of calming down, he gets louder, more disrespectful, and eventually tells me to get out of the store. Imagine kicking out a paying customer who bought gas AND a car wash minutes before. Unreal. And let's be real: This place sells Mobil gas priced like 76 and Chevron, but the gas burns way faster than both. The ONLY reason I ever stopped here was because it's on my way to work. After today? I'm done. Forever. This owner judged me the second he saw me, talked down to me for no reason, acted like he's some tough guy behind a counter, and treated me like garbage even though I just gave his business money. Terrible gas. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. He's exactly the type of owner who runs his own business into the ground and then blames everyone else. You'll see the "printing receipt" message laughing at you while you sit there waiting for a receipt to print just to see "receipt printed" with no receipt. Arrrgh! 3. Paid for a car wash? Just take the 6 digit code to the car wash machine...oh wait.... no receipt paper? Guess you're shit out of luck. Good luck getting the fucktard employees to reprint you one. 4. Actually lucky enough to get a receipt with your car wash code on it? Unless your car just has a light coating of dust don't waste your money. It does a really crappy job washing your car. I would give this place a zero if I could. The air pump was broken (the hose was literally cut. But hidden so I couldn't see it at the time) and took my money. I went in to ask for a refund and the guy there told me to check my bank account the money probs didn't get withdrawn. So I showed him the transaction and he said I can come back tomorrow for my money he then said he can't give me a refund bc I don't have a receipt. No sh*t. VICKY was working last night and called the cops on my fiancé because he has 2 IDs. One ID is soon to expire and the other is the new one that he had in his wallet for when the current one expires. First of all, why was she glancing inside his wallet??? And as long as the ID is current she should mind her business!! This place ripped me off at the pump. I paid for gas and a car wash ($15) when I swiped my card, but after pumping gas, it just showed the gas purchase and did not print a car wash code. I paid for a car wash at the wash itself and left. Lo and behold, much to my not surprise, my card was billed for gas and wash, and then for the wash at the separate wash terminal. Yesterday 11/16/17 I walk in there with my two kids I set down a scratcher on the counter and the guy just looks at me so I try getting it a bit closer (mind me I have my 1 year old in my arms plus a stroller etc) then he doesn't even grab it then I realize he was just being a complete asshole so he finally snatched it and says do you want me to jump over the counter& get it I got upset because I also had my 4 yr old and he got scared so I went off on him telling him if he didn't like his job he should reconsider finding himself a new job. It's one of the few fueling stations in the area that sells diesel so I come here from time to time. My refueling stop was interesting. I was approached by a young lady asking me for help. She gave me the option of helping her with $18 to replace her battery or with a phone to make a call. I haven't given out money to people for years because it never goes to food, right? I would sometimes buy food, to only see it discarded on the tops of trash cans. So needless to say I opted to offer my cell phone so she could make a phone call. My only fear when handing the phone over would be the person running off with it. So she tries to dial a few numbers and nobody picks up her call. She also tries to text the few numbers with no result. Then a young man comes out of the mini-mart trying to help her (they seem to know each other). Here's a tip for the young lady... you should have better choices in friends! There's something wrong with either you or the company you're around when everybody is trying to avoid you. Bottom line... Sometimes people are really stranded and really do need help. However, more often somebody is trying to get something for nothing. Here are some DON'Ts: * Don't ask me for money if you're driving a Lexus (it has happened to me...) * Don't ask me for money if you're driving a BMW (it has happened to me...) * The old carrying a gas can asking for money because you're stuck and out of gas is old news. * The "give me money" and "I'll pay you back" to your address is old news. * If you're asking for money, YOU ARE BEGGING. My family and I have been loyal customers of this gas station for at least 30 years. On Thursday, December 7th, at approximately 11:30am, I stopped to fill up the gas tank and a car wash. I entered the station and handed the female attendant a hundred dollar bill. I figured she would have enough to give me change since my fill up would've been at least 40 dollars. The attendant stated that she didn't have enough to cash my bill but maybe I could hang around until enough customers brought in extra cash. I told her that that was inconvenient for me to do so and that they should have enough petty cash available for transactions. I left and took my money and business elsewhere, stopping at the 76 gas station up the street where they were more than happy to accept my money and give me change. Later that day, I called Mobil customer service and shared with them my dissatisfaction with my experience. The representative said that she would file my report and that someone would return my call. Well, a week had passed with no calls from anyone from that franchise. I called customer service once again on 12/14/17, and was told that there was no complaint on file! I was very frustrated with their customer service at my having to repeat myself once again. Well, to this date, 12/19/17, I have not had anyone contact me regarding this issue. I guess they really don't care about their customers. I get gas here quite often. But hardly ever go inside today I had to use the restroom. I went inside and asked for the key. I was promptly asked if I was a customer I said yes. I was then handed The Key by an older I believe to be Hispanic woman in her forties or fifties. To keep it real I had to go number 2 and pretty bad at that. I was just beginning to finish up and there was a knock on the door then a female voice "you need to hurry up you've been in there too long." I said back I'm going number 2 I'm sorry. Again she stays well you need to hurry up. I said I'm finishing. Not even 30 seconds go by again she tells me I need to get out of the restroom I promptly finish up' open the door and this ladies in my face. Talking about a long line three people were waiting mind you the store is completely empty. I proceeded to tell the lady that I'm a cancer survivor and have undergone surgeries that affected the way and length it takes me to use the restroom. She did not care one iota proceeded to go inside the restroom I don't know what she thought I was doing in there. My experience here was terrible I will never be back and ladies and gentlemen if you have tattoos this lady will stereotype you, because I know she did that to me. Had I been a woman or an elderly gentleman I do not believe she would have bothered me at all I will be going to the corporate level but in reading through the complaints I highly doubt this will accomplish anything. read more

Her name was Bree, came in during her clean up time possibly, because she had me waiting for a minute, clearly seeing that i was ready to be rang up. Not one word came out no " hi how's it going " or "I'll be right with you " it seemed as though I was a hassle. While she took her time doing what ever she was doing, I was checking out the lighters they had on the counter. After she rung up my items , she asked for the lighter, I replied " what lighter ? " " the lighter you have " "I actually put it back. " she says " ARE YOU SURE ?" Was what she had the nerves to ask. Quite rude I would assume. I also had her grab a pack of Camels. I'm writing this review in hopes that management does something to fix the car wash machine. I wasted $9 on probably the worst car wash I've ever put any car through. The machine completely misses the front of your car and when you try to back up to get the front washed, the machine stops and tells you to move forward. Also the dryer doesn't work very well as the car was completely wet and I had to make sure I sped up on the fwy to get some of the excess water off. To top it all off the vacuum out front doesn't work... At all. Suuuuuper lame. read more

After waiting for the other car to finish (took 15 minutes), I finally entered my code and drove in. The carwash never prompt me to stop to start the wash, so I had to drive out of it. There were three cars behind me so I just wanted a quick refund and wash it some other time. I went into the store and asked the cashier about it. Her manager, who looked like something is up his uhm, rudely cut in to say that you had to wait for the other car to completely leave before entering the code. I don't know...hmm, maybe put up a sign and/or program your machine to not ask for a code until a couple minutes after the other one end? Maybe that will help? Don't use the car wash especially if you are using cash. It miscounted the dollars deposited and it was a hassle to get management to give us the credit. He told me I would have to wait until the end of the day to make sure it wasn't short. Really guy? A friggin dollar is worth coming in and complaining? How about giving me all of my money back and calling it a day? I agree with Tina. Don't use the car wash. I went there yesterday and put in $10 cash. We drove into the car wash and the machine told us to back up because we had gone too far in. We backed up multiple times even reversing all the way back to the machine. We tried again and decided to drive out and tell the manager. As we exited, the machine said thank you to exit. It took our money without washing the car. I sent my boyfriend in to ask them for our money so we could get it washed but they said that they could not give us our money back because the car wash was working now.
