Since they are always on the phone, and you ask about something behind the counter, such as vape bars and cigarettes, they do stop talking to help you with what you need. I read the other review here, talking about them being rude for being on the phone is not true. They are not rude at all. I assume they only went there once since they didn't like going there, but if you only go there once, then you don't really know how it is.
