I do like supporting independent retailers, so I try to purchase things from small businesses that I might ordinarily buy from my normal grocery store. I once had them cook-up a cheeseburger for me, but was woefully disappointed that the chef was actively smoking a cigarette while making my food!* This was way too "old school" for me, and made for the disgusting ambiance of polluted indoor air.
