I asked if they could have their manager review their footage and gave them an approximate time that I was there. Within 2 minutes of "searching" the "manager" came back and said he didn't find the footage (because he didn't even bother to look at the footage). I asked if possible to pull a report of the transactions from that day and that way know exact time I made my purchase at the "manager" named Brian N. with dirty yellow teeth claimed he didn't have time to do that because he has to work ... the prior agent who was somewhat nice to me at first then gave me a phone number to the "owner" of the store. While in my car I called and it sounded like a fax after no pick up. Came back in to ask if possible for them to call their manager since they were refusing to assist. They gave me the number to the store and not what I asked for. The second man who refused to give me his name then got mouthy with me and I asked again to please call his manager since they are refusing to help me. He then called the cops to have me trespassed for their location. I politely waited for the cops to arrive and waited for my little report. From this I will let all my friends and family know to never purchase anything here because sell defected items and god forbid you don't have a receipt because they won't right their wrongs. A gentleman that was there purchased the water for me and then waited with me for the cops to arrive. Please get staff that cares about the customer. These people behind the counter are lazy, don't care about their clients who make them money every day, are racist, and even after this little trespassing passes I will never step foot in this place again. Too many rude people working there. Out of the three men working today there was only one guy that was nice, the guy who's super skinny and dark hair, he was kind and was nice to my daughter.
