For the love of God, please do not buy your car from Car City! I bought a car a year ago from this…read morelocation and have only drove it for six months. My car has been off the road since July and when I took it to the shop they told me there is over $4,000 worth of issues without the labor. With all of the fixable issues aside, the first mechanic I took the car to found bondo on the frame of the car which is covering up a crack, meaning Car City sold me a totaled car. Currently, no mechanic will touch the car because it is a potential liability and even if they corrected the underlying issues the car would still be unsafe to drive. When I confronted Car City about it they refused to compensate or try to fix the issue. Instead, the representative I spoke with hardly listened to what I had to say and failed to grasp the importance of the conversation. They continued to tell me that they would make a trade for my car ONLY if I bought a $15,000 car, which is way out of my price range. So, here I am currently stuck with a giant paper weight that I still owe $7,000 on. If you are considering buying a car from this location or any Car City I would immediately reconsider. I would not wish this upon anyone.
