Most of my reviews will concentrate on these two areas when rating a convenience store. Unless the service is spectacular/absolutely horrible or if the store is grossly dirty I'll rate them average. This store is below average. The coffee machines are kind of cool as they grind the beans in front of you but I'm pretty sure the beans are old as the coffee isn't great. I can live with poor coffee because caffeine is caffeine. However a dirty bathroom is unforgivable. At 6 am the floor was dirty. Hadn't been swept or mopped recently. You could see using spots and greasy footprint's in the grime. Toilet paper littered the floor and the sink was dirty. The sign in the bathroom proclaims really clean bathrooms but that apparently isn't true. The checklist on the door indicating an employee has checked and made sure it was clean was incomplete and dated for the day before. I bring this up because the store is open 24-7 and is not a bustling busy store at t. I have no idea why the bathroom wasn't cleaned during the night

And walked in back room. This left us stranded with 2 kids and 2 dogs waiting on someone 45 minutes away to come help. While I was sitting in my car making a call he walked to dumpster completely ignoring us. Went and got in his truck and left. 11 pm still sitting waiting and town is dead. Nothing open. If this gentleman had 1 ounce of compassion or human decency he would have checked to make sure everything was OK before leaving. Rude and unprofessional. Wont go in there again after that!

As soon as we drove past, I told my husband "Man we should've gone there instead!". It looks so nice and big from the road. That night, we took a moose watching tour. They stop for a bathroom break halfway through and this is the gas station they stopped in. The workers were really kind and fully prepared to handle the swarm of 50+ people all filing in at once. They have clean restrooms, a lot of snack and beverage options, and some good NH souvenirs. I definitely think this is the best option for a gas station within a few hours drive.
