She was using the tongs and her bare hands regardless, clean or not, you should not be using your hands to move food items unless you're wearing gloves... which she was not. Pretty sure I'll never eat anything from the grill again. To add to this, dont get gas here if you're in a hurry and end up getting her at the register. She'll put your gas on the wrong pump so you have to go in and get it fixed. She did this to a lady yesterday while I was in there and did it to me today 7/23/19 while I was in a hurry to get to work.

Unfortunately though the 'Pay-at-the-Pump" feature won't give you a receipt and just tells you to go see the clerk for a receipt. Kinda defeats the concept of pay-at-the-pump.

They have their grocery store rewards program linked with the gas stations which makes it great if you shop there a lot you can sometimes save quite a bit per gallon when you get gas. The gas stations have air pumps outside and they have a lot of snacks, drinks, and automotive supplies inside the gas station. The items in the gas station are good if you are stopping by to get gas, but if you are going in the grocery store first, you are better off getting the things you need in the grocery store because the prices will be cheaper. At the gas station, the prices are good for convenience, but not if you compare them to the store prices.

I like the free gloves at the pumps. As part of this Meijer grand opening celebration and if you have a free Meijer mperk account, you can get 10 cents off per gal of gas for multiple times up thru 9/11/2021 at this location only.  Do not need to clip a coupon.  You may think 10 cents is not much per gallon saving, but when you see that other gas stations outside of this area is much higher by about a quarter/gal, your savings can add up if you are in the neighborhood. For July 4, I got 85 octane unleaded gas for $2.779/gal after my dime off each gal.

The ladies room was clean; the men's room wasn't bad but needed some love.

Took 2 hours to get in they did the oil change and was told after 2 more hrs the mechanic for the shocks was 15 min away. Why wouldn't they have said something sooner? Then 2 more hrs later they knew I was getting annoyed and still no mechanic. Evidently they are only certified to do oil filters, oil changes, and tires. Total time there and wasted was 6 hours. Tried charging me for labor that wasn't even done and when I said something they still charged me 1100 dollars. I finally bought the shocks and replaced them myself in the parking lot. What a joke!!! HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR TRUCK!! They don't understand that time and loads are money to us drivers and don't respect our profession. And it has a large selection of just about everything you would expect. Where it gets low marks..LOW.. is Customer Service. It is horrific! The people are in no hurry to assist you, or ring you up. They would much rather talk to each other or text on their phones than do their job. And it's shocking when someone says hello or thank you. It's obvious none of them want to be there and it is a real downer , when all you need is a coke and you get treated like a pain in the a$$. Yet i still go there.. 24/7 ... must be why.

That's all I needed to know -- I hightailed it to Turkey Hill (which is right next door to Kroger) and paid about $1.24 per gallon. That's unheard of. There's also a mini-mart here, too, but I haven't gone inside yet.

Cons -The past two times I've been here, there have been at least two pumps out of order. -The touch screens malfunction, too - when you swipe your card and it asks "debit or credit" there is no button to press... -Because of it's prime location in Carmel, it is heavily trafficked and I often have to wait in line for gas. I'll give it another chance for convenience and money savings, but I haven't been pleased with my encounters so far.
