Posted are the pumps showing no information that you must get the ultimate car wash to get the gas discount. It simply states on the pump itself 15 cents off with car wash. It needs to be clearly stated in multiple locations on the pump. And if the car wash is closed, signs should be posted on the pumps for consumers to make the decision as to whether or not they want to pay for the car wash that day or choose to wait until the car wash is back in working order.

However, my experience was marred by an interaction with the owner (an older gentleman who takes wash orders). My last interaction with him, he reviewed my value card ($25 for $30) purchase history and commented that I hadn't washed my car frequently enough, noting that my last visit was five months prior. He then informed me that my car was "too dirty" for their service and insisted I should wash it monthly. In all my years of visiting car washes, I've never been told my car was too dirty to clean. This unwelcoming attitude has left me deeply disappointed, and I won't be returning, despite having unused credit on my saver card.

I end up at the end asking for a cloth and start cleaning myself. if I have to clean my car what am I paying them for. I'm not being picky at all. vusible crumbs and dust thick. I don't expect perfection but I expect a lot more. all they do is rush rush. 5 minutes clean job for 38 bucks. no thank you.
