Then when I went inside to pay for a car wash I asked which one has the underbody flush. The person told me the most expensive one. Well it did not have an underbody flush. That was just a lie. Then when I looked at my car it did a horrible job of cleaning. My friend even questioned if I got it washed. The place was clean, warm, and I didn't feel like I was sitting in a repair shop. The staff was very courteous, not only to me but every person who called and came in after. They had me in and out on a walk-in, tell me that isn't valuable. Carmax couldn't get me until next week and Mercedes...well they would have charged me over $400 for the same service. I'm glad I found this family owned establishment in the heart of Flossmoor. I'd much rather support small businesses than support big franchises any day.
