This "new problem" of course happened after I paid for the first repair. The head mechanic does not have a strong grasp of the English language and was rude, impatient, and has no compassion towards his customers. I had spoken with the owner about my bad experience with his mechanic and an apology never came. Lesson Learned. Always get a second opinion because when I took my vehicle to another service station, they couldn't understand how the Gulf could have "missed" the other repairs needed. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste DAYS of your time. Disclaimer: The repair that the Gulf completed on my vehicle was done correctly.

The mechanic and owner John Lehaney both admitted to breaking two of our very expensive exhaust catalytic converter flex pipes, while repairing our initial problem but would not take responsibility for the damage they caused... Dealer cost to repair $3900.00!!!! The problem they caused also made us fail our emission test. This was for sure the biggest headache we ever experienced with an independent garage. STAY AWAY!!!!

They told her no problem and I should come by the next day. I arrived at 9:00 am. They put it semi-synthetic blend oil. They changed my oil, added window washer fluid, and added some coolant fluid. I went for a run and came back. The car was ready to go. The service was great, and I was happy they took me so quickly. I saw some of the other ratings.
