I'm a huge fan of all the people who work here, especially the shorter Hispanic girl who works weekend mornings (sorry don't know her name), Abigail the manager, and my favorite person to see here, Jose. They always put a smile on my face, and the food is reasonably priced. The gas is a little expensive for me, and I prefer Costco or Sam's Club but I'll still come through to get what I need.

I used to absolutely dread coming to this Costco to get gas. It was always a nightmare between the…read morecustomers at the warehouse and the travelers stopping for fuel from the nearby highways. Easily a 20-30 minute ordeal during high times for commuter traffic. I think beginning of last year, they completely remodeled and reopened this Costco gas area. It was given multiple extra pumps, a much better flow for traffic, and the sensors for the pump areas so you know when to pull forward in line. Now when I stop here, I either pull up directly to a pump or maybe wait 5 minutes max. The worst time of day you will still only see a 5 to 10 minute wait. It has been absolutely worthwhile and I will now sometimes go out of my way to fill up here. Thank you for the upgrade, corporate!

Arco gas stations are my go to spots for filling up my rental cars. Had never been impressed with the inside of any AMPM convenience mart until now. Helps that this convenience store has only been open a couple of months. They've done a fine job of maintaining the cleanliness of the place both inside and outside. Very nice layout and setup of their merchandise. Not cluttered like so many other stores. Service was friendly with a smile too The competition is fortunate that this Arco AM PM store is located on the other side of the overpass. As always, Arco's gas prices are cheaper. They only take cash or debit cards. If you use your debit card, there is a 35 cent charge. Worth it cause of the price difference. I think AM PM's slogan is "too much good stuff". Well, this is the first location that I've been to that lives up to that slogan. Good job and keep it up! Yeah, I am a fan.

Our experience at Costco was very frustrating and honestly embarrassing. At self-checkout, the…read moreassociate told us there was a 15-item limit, even though there was no sign posted anywhere indicating a limit. We had 19 items and asked if an exception could be made since the limit wasn't clearly posted. Instead, we were told that we could either go to another line or put some of our items back. Because of this, we had to put back items we actually wanted simply to accommodate an unposted self-checkout limit. We also ended up holding up the line while trying to figure everything out, which was very inconvenient and embarrassing. If there is a 15-item limit, it should be clearly posted so customers know before getting into the self-checkout line. A little communication and flexibility would have made a big difference. Overall, this experience was disappointing and left us feeling frustrated rather than valued as Costco member.

I'm not sure if this is because there's a need (there is a lot of transients in the area) or if they have a company account here.
