Easily a 20-30 minute ordeal during high times for commuter traffic. I think beginning of last year, they completely remodeled and reopened this Costco gas area. It was given multiple extra pumps, a much better flow for traffic, and the sensors for the pump areas so you know when to pull forward in line. Now when I stop here, I either pull up directly to a pump or maybe wait 5 minutes max. The worst time of day you will still only see a 5 to 10 minute wait. It has been absolutely worthwhile and I will now sometimes go out of my way to fill up here. Thank you for the upgrade, corporate!

The employees who work the fuel station are very helpful, this is when you forget your Costco card, prior to everything being digital, all my with if the machines aren't working. Overall great value and right next to the freeway. No services requests necessary. So fuel up here and I'll see you guys at the next spot.

Arco gas stations are my go to spots for filling up my rental cars. Had never been impressed with the inside of any AMPM convenience mart until now. Helps that this convenience store has only been open a couple of months. They've done a fine job of maintaining the cleanliness of the place both inside and outside. Very nice layout and setup of their merchandise. Not cluttered like so many other stores. Service was friendly with a smile too The competition is fortunate that this Arco AM PM store is located on the other side of the overpass. As always, Arco's gas prices are cheaper. They only take cash or debit cards. If you use your debit card, there is a 35 cent charge. Worth it cause of the price difference. I think AM PM's slogan is "too much good stuff". Well, this is the first location that I've been to that lives up to that slogan. Good job and keep it up! Yeah, I am a fan.

I understand that their interactions are probably some of the more mentally taxing when it comes to customer service, but I have been to many Costco locations and this is the ONLY one I ever seem to leave feeling frustrated with the tone, rigidness, and words exchanged. I will say that the sales floor employees (food samples, deli, and occasionally floaters on the floor or fillers) tend to be pretty nice and on the opposite end of the spectrum, I usually have more pleasant interactions at rosedale Costco on the sales floor vs other locations I rarely remember a sales floor interaction. The gas area used to be very difficult, long lines. They remodeled it last year to accommodate more traffic and put in the sensors. It is consistently a quick and positive experience now. Because of my multiple encounters with negativity at the registers here, I do tend to purposefully go to the Panama Costco where I have never had a single negative interaction with an employee. I definitely recommend that location over this one.

The inside as well as outside is fairly clean... Service is okay, not the warmest... Possibly due to issues in the past. A lot of people hangout on the side at night until the early morning, but it's mostly well lit in the main areas... So, just be carely. If you're just grabbing gas you won't even need to stop in or venture beyond the pump, just fill up... But like most places cash will save you a $0.10 per gallon. They have their essential Select brand and convenience store favorites you'd expect. Water and air off to the side and Ice out front. No car wash or any extras beyond the above, but it's open 24/7.

I'm not sure if this is because there's a need (there is a lot of transients in the area) or if they have a company account here. Or perhaps it's simply a good location in between both sides of the freeway - either way - you'll almost always see one. On my recent visit, the pumps on one side had only one regular gas. In fact, the buttons had been punched out. The pumps definitely had seen better days and I reluctantly put in as little as I could. You will not find gas to be a good price here. It's afterall, a desperation station.

Spoke with manager, story changed, and was ultimately informed there was no video footage, but was passed "a note" alleging a theft was committed. Was told to give a few days to inform the new owner that the ban was lifted. After a week or so of normal interactions between myself and Mobil employees, the same and only employee who started this public defamation started telling me I was banned again, but ultimately served me anyways. All of the other staff is very friendly and helpful and up until this encounter with this particular female staff, all business had been pleasant. All in all, there has been an increase in profiling based on how patrons look and whom they are seen engaging with. Very unprofessional, Not every person who looks a certain way is going to just take being publicly humiliated, falsely accused, and banned from the property without proof. Regardless of how each customer "looks" some of us actually have nothing to hide.
