Product quality:…read more This beverage is actually very good tasting. Inconsistent factors: This company has an inconsistency with its name. The bottle of Ski I bought from the website states "The Double Cola Company", the web address states "Double Cola Company"; however, the website title states "The Double Cola Company." The beverage bottle states that it is authentic citrus soda and the flavor I bought was lemon orange, even though, the soda color is a blue hue. Now I question this brand. If they want to go for authentic and natural, why are some of the ingredients: high fructose corn syrup, citric acid (unless naturally acquired through the fruit), natural and artificial flavors (these are equivalents of natural flavor), sodium benzoate, cellulose gum, and blue #1 Suggestions: Switch out high fructose corn syrup for sugar (I have seen this done in competitor brands like Pepsi), get rid of natural and artificial flavors, get rid of sodium benzoate, cellulose gum, and blue #1 (why is the beverage blue anyway? It is supposed to be lemon orange...O_o). Conclusion: It is kind of a pity that this drink brand prides itself as being natural because they even state "it is normal for a small amount of fruit pulp to be seen due to the presence of real lemon and orange juices." They are TRYING to be healthy and natural. Why not be then? Just make the ingredients reflect it.

That sounded kinda dirty to me but it's in reference to their introduction into a 12oz can oppose to the 6oz ones which were common in 1933. There's a wonderful bar and plenty of expertise to take you through a tasting process. So much fun and you learn while you're at it. Don't have time for a tasting, take a look at all the unique whiskey offerings, it is nothing short of spectacular the options that are available to you. This is an incredibly creative distillery and the staff on the scene has the talent to help you make the best selection for your palate, such wonderful service!

The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and cozy, with plenty of seating for humans to settle in and enjoy a whiskey flight. The staff immediately made me feel welcome and even brought over a water bowl without being asked. As a professional lounge dog, I appreciated the hospitality. My humans enjoyed sampling several whiskeys while I worked hard supervising the tasting process from my blanket-covered seat at the bar. The tasting room has a comfortable, laid-back feel that makes it easy to spend an hour or two escaping the weather. The unexpected highlight? The gift shop sells a plush dog toy of one of their whiskey bottles. Naturally, my humans bought one for me, and it quickly became one of my favorite toys. If you're traveling with a dog and looking for a dog-friendly indoor activity in Chattanooga, this is an easy recommendation. Dogba's verdict: Great whiskey for the humans, water service for the dogs, and a souvenir toy worthy of bringing home.

They also have a tour of the old power station that now houses the Dam Whiskey distillery. The tasting costs $5 if you take the tour which costs $32 pp. We did the tasting first and you get minuscule amounts of their wares that is just barely enough to taste although the whiskeys were quite good. The tour on the other hand is definitely something to be avoided. There is no active distilling taking place and the old power station houses barrels of distillate being aged. The tour guide pointed out where there generators were located in the past and a flooded area where new generators were placed in the past. The structure is filthy, dusty and now houses remnants of their Haunted House tour (around Halloween.) This place is an OSHA nightmare with water puddles to walk through and rather dangerous staircases and debris on the floors. It would have been nice if a minimal effort might have been made to show what the power station might have looked like in its heyday. We were glad to escape unscathed except for the cost. Avoid this if you can.
