This is a very bad, unprofessional organization. Since they're the designated P&A organization in the state, the feds give them money to do a job, but they don't do it at all. They're perfectly willing to file an occasional lawsuit against the state to gin up some publicity, but then you never hear about it again.
I asked them to help a friend awhile ago and they asked me for their contact information. But even though I gave it to them, they never contacted them, and when I asked if they had been able to contact my friend, they tried to invoke attorney-client privilege, which didn't apply because they never contacted my friend.
Then, when I confronted them on that issue, they decided to hang up on me because they couldn't defend their lack of action, claiming they can't represent everyone. If they can't, or won't, then why did they ask for my friend's contact information, and then claim attorney-client privilege?
They don't know the law, and they aren't interested in helping anyone but themselves. We need a new P&A organization. read more
