Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

But then I came across 3D Print and my message was responded to so quickly, so kindly, and with reasonable pricing and turnaround. Joseph did an amazing job, and was honest when he saw that my own wedding band was too thin for a legible inscription; rather than engrave it and potentially ruin the band for the extra money, Joseph politely suggested I refrain from any engraving on it and he was right.
