I've had my eye on Los Primos for quite some time but it's on the other side of town for me but, I decided on a cold Sunday morning to finally check it out. I love breakfast burritos but have had difficulty finding one that meets my criteria around me so I was hopeful Los Primos would be that for me. I placed an order on their website for 1 chorizo burrito with potato , 1 machacado breakfast burrito and a mango agua fresca. I came in and my order was ready and I was on my way. I was pleasantly surprised my burritos were still warm when I made it home. I ate half the chorizo and half the machacado burrito. I've tried chorizo multiple times and never cared for it but I'm glad I took a chance because this was the best chorizo burrito I've ever tasted! The burrito was super flavorful, great cheese flavor and no one thing stood out, all the ingredients were married together so well and I love the flavor of the beans. I enjoyed the machacado burrito too but the dried beef was kinda different, a little chewy but still good. They didn't have the mango fresco when I arrived so I opted for the pineapple and it was refreshing and not overly sweet. Now, I'm a sauce girl so I did specify in my order how many sauces I wanted and I didn't get that so I had to use the green sauce sparingly so I'll request more sauce because the green and Habenero sauce was hitting! The burritos are pretty reasonably priced, around 7 dollars each and I initially thought the agua fresca was overpriced at 5 dollars but you get a large cup of it. Other than the distance and lack of sauce i have no legitimate complaints. I loved these burritos and both halves even tasted good on the reheat later. Come check Los Primos out, it's definitely worth the drive!

I attempted to contact this company twice and NO RESPONSE. Now Amazon cancelled the order because Goodies from Goodman would not respond to them. I am scrambling to replace the gift which now will not arrive by Christmas! Doesn't matter what the quality of the product is if the service is extremely poor and in this case they have highly disappointed.

Someone sent me flowers on December 29. Goodies from Goodman delivered the flowers to my complex's…read moreoffice and never left any note informing me that they had been delivered. Two days ago, January 7, someone from their store called me in a very accusatory tone telling me that flowers had been delivered and that the sender was wondering why I never got them. I said I had no idea to even be expecting flowers, and that I never got a delivery notice. He said that they would be sending them again, but he sounded annoyed about it. Today, January 9, the flowers came to my door, and I was home this time. The guy delivering them hadn't even carried them up (I live on the third floor) because I guess he wasn't expecting me to be there (a little snarky if you ask me). When I opened the door, he seemed annoyed and asked me to sign for them (no flowers in sight yet). He gave me a long lecture on how I should have checked the office. Again, I explained that I HAD NO CLUE that I was even GETTING flowers!!! He went downstairs to get the new vase and returned accompanied by a lady who was carrying the vase of old, dead flowers (which had apparently been in my complex's office since December 29, making it partially their fault for being lazy asses and not bringing them over or at least notifying me). Both the man and the woman were very accusatory (in that falsely civilized sort of way that's just soooo irritating!!!) and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by making them re-deliver flowers that had already been delivered. Also, bringing me the dead flowers seemed sorta like rubbing it in my face. What am I going to do with dead flowers? I only want the fresh ones, thanks. Now I have to go trek over to the dumpster and throw these dead ones out. I don't enjoy having to explain myself -- multiple times! -- for something that's not my fault. Takes all the fun out of getting flowers. They are pretty, though, so 2 stars for that. Their employees (and perhaps owner/manager -- I think that's who called me) just need to work on being truly gracious to their customers instead of acting annoyed. Oh, and leaving a delivery slip on my door in the first place would have been nice too.

Not very saucy, which I guess I shouldn't be shocked by with a chicken pizza, but I had the help of my dear friends sriracha and ranch to liven things up just enough. I've been volunteering with Meals on Wheels (MOW) for over two years now and I love it. The shifts…read moreare every other week for roughly 1.25 hours. I usually take an early lunch, so the time it takes to drive to the MOW kitchen, deliver meals, and return to the office is from 10:45 am to 12 pm. The process involves picking up 10-13 hot meals (tv dinner-like) that have been freshly prepared that morning and corresponding cold meals (juice, fruit, bread, etc.) and delivering the meals to residents within a specific neighborhood or area. Most deliveries are quick and short, but there are some residents that love talking to you (!!) so it's nice to be able to interact with them. There are different kitchen locations all around the city for food pickup, so if there is a location next to your work, I'd highly recommend volunteering for MOW if you can take an hour or so off during your lunch break. :)
