I found myself in a very tough situation. I own a rental house in Grand Junction and I live on the…read moreeast front range. My tenants decided to abandon the rental house in the middle of the night, instead of paying the rent that they were behind on, leaving a huge amount of junk behind. It was recommended to me by a neighbor to call Ricky at Square U Away, and it was the best recommendation ever. Ricky was very responsive and walked the property with me via FaceTime, so he could see the situation and we could discuss what stayed and what would be hauled off, so that he could give me an accurate estimate. His pricing came in at a very reasonable price and we set up a date for him to do it. The day of service, he and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and they quickly knocked it all out, while even sweeping up the floors behind them. I give Ricky and his crew the highest praises and recommendation that I can. It is refreshing to work with people who are so fair and honest.

I had Aaron and his crew come out and scrape/paint quite a few large wooden windows, they did an…read moreexcellent job. They also replaced some of my vinyl siding and metal trim, it was very hard to find someone who was proficient and willing to do so but Aaron pulled through. He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time. I'll definitely be having him out to install some new doors come springtime.
