Josh answered my phone/email inquiries in a timely manner. He was at my house thirty minutes before our appointment on a day when bad weather rolled in. Most others would have cancelled, but he showed up. Josh was personable and professional, and he was surgical with his machine. Anglers rates are comparable to most others in the area, and I didn't feel bad about cutting him a check when the work was complete. If you need some earth moved, consider Anglers first!
