I have been with them for 1 year and really happy with the service. Always smillling and do a great job. Gordon Smith , Redlands Col.

Horrible person. He stole over $20,000 from me. He didn't pay me for services that were already provided and closed his business down leaving me hanging. According to his partner, the money was available but he swiped it all out of the business account and left people unpaid. Brett Thompson MCM Trucking read more

Horrible service, at a deceptive price. They charge you quarterly, and recently started making up random excuses for new charges weekly. They also charge you for a full quarter, and when you cancel service they email you saying you have service until your quarter runs out so they look good on paper. Then they pick up your trash can 2 weeks early and refuse to refund you the difference saying you owe them. Smh I found better service in less than 20min and thankfully had that service set to start early so I was covered when Humpty Dumpty pulled there unethical sneaky business with the trash can. All of which I have on my security cameras, and the emails to back it up. read more

Humpty Dumpsters - You can just make out the old man loading my trash can in the back of his truck after the trash guys gave it to him when they emptied it. - Dumpster Rental Near Me

horrible experience can't rely on the timing. order your dumpster for first thing in morning and got it at 11:00!

They had good customer service when they first opened. We gave them a chance as they were new. Now they treat their customers as if they are doing you a favor. The manager is very disrespectful and condescending. Save yourself the heartache. Find a different company to give your business to. read more

Great service when they open now that there business is building and getting busy costumer service is getting worse i don't give out my email period yet they billed me on my email I didn't even realize it so I missed paying my bill so I was skipped now all my trash and going to be sitting in the rain all week getting nasty because of this mistake and they don't care about the customer its all about greed that mighty dollar who cares about the loyal customers. This team is amazing. You never hear them coming and they take everything. Price is reasonable and the customer service is amazing. So glad they came into the Valley. read more

Wish I could give them less then a star. They came by 2 weeks ago and broke my trash 70 dollar trash can. Then this week they decided to throw it away because of the damage. As I'm seeing in most of the reviews I couldn't get ahold of them like anyone else so I decided to go in person to voice my frustration. The rudeman I spoke with had the audacity to be like well we can let you use on of our cans but it won't belong to you. And I replied with how many months of free services and he said none....like wtf??? Worst trash service in the valley miss 970 read more

My family and I are very pleased with the service we receive from Humpty dumpsters. They go out of their way to take care of our residential trash pickup. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The office staff is amazing and always has an answer for any questions I have. If I could get more than five stars I would. Good price for residential trash service. Only problem is you can never reach a live person on the phone and when they do call back days later it is way too late. read more

Home pickup has been flawless and on-time. This is truly a Gr8 service company for a really competitive value.

Fantastic service at a fantastic price. I highly recommend them! They are the best trash service company around.

Residential service is awesome, great price, local business. Had to get rid of Republic service robber baron criminals. read more

They are great! I can't say enough about the wonderful service they provide the community. The guys are friendly, approachable, and always greet us with a smile. Even my dog looks forward to our weekly trash service since they carry dog treats with them. They take to the time out of their busy day to let my kids work the controls or blow the horn and wave. The office staff are also amazing. Always eager to answer questions and just a phone call away! read more

I use them for residential service. I am happy with their service. I am happy to support a small business as opposed to the conglomerate that has bought up a couple of the small competitors and then raised their prices. read more

They are cheaper but not accepting new customers and one of the trucks has broken down

Great local service if you're looking for a Grand Junction based trash service compared to a large commercial Denver Based company.

Very poor customer service. Always late. Last job they didn't show up, then said they'd be there the next day, then called and said they wouldn't be there at all. Left me and my crew hanging. Don't use this company. John High Valley Enterprises read more
