Horrible service, at a deceptive price. They charge you quarterly, and recently started making up random excuses for new charges weekly. They also charge you for a full quarter, and when you cancel service they email you saying you have service until your quarter runs out so they look good on paper. Then they pick up your trash can 2 weeks early and refuse to refund you the difference saying you owe them. Smh I found better service in less than 20min and thankfully had that service set to start early so I was covered when Humpty Dumpty pulled there unethical sneaky business with the trash can. They had good customer service when they first opened. We gave them a chance as they were new. Now they treat their customers as if they are doing you a favor. The manager is very disrespectful and condescending. Save yourself the heartache. Find a different company to give your business to. read more

Great service when they open now that there business is building and getting busy costumer service is getting worse i don't give out my email period yet they billed me on my email I didn't even realize it so I missed paying my bill so I was skipped now all my trash and going to be sitting in the rain all week getting nasty because of this mistake and they don't care about the customer its all about greed that mighty dollar who cares about the loyal customers. Wish I could give them less then a star. They came by 2 weeks ago and broke my trash 70 dollar trash can. Then this week they decided to throw it away because of the damage. As I'm seeing in most of the reviews I couldn't get ahold of them like anyone else so I decided to go in person to voice my frustration. The rudeman I spoke with had the audacity to be like well we can let you use on of our cans but it won't belong to you. They are great! I can't say enough about the wonderful service they provide the community. The guys are friendly, approachable, and always greet us with a smile. Even my dog looks forward to our weekly trash service since they carry dog treats with them. They take to the time out of their busy day to let my kids work the controls or blow the horn and wave.
