Off base it's like $4.80, even with a Sea Tow membership which saves you 5 cents a gallon at most places it's still cheaper then those places. Great place to keep your boat :)

Hours spent to diagnose a fuel starvation issue at $120/hour which turned out to be the fitting. Boat returned to me with unsecured throttle cable in the engine which caused erratic rpm and steering issues and diagnosed by another authorized merc dealer over the phone. This service took one week, and was explained to me after the fact, that boats purchased at dealership have priority in the shop even though the engine was under warranty. Another authorized merc dealer said he would have charged less then $250 for what was done. I would not recommend service at this dealer.

not good at all. 51yr old Life long Destin resident since 1974 and have owned and worked on…read morenumerous vessels. took my boat in for a new steering cable and helm install. easy fix, right? when I got the boat home realized the gauges weren't working and found they had pulled several wires loose pulling the steering cable and didn't bother reconnecting them so there was no power on the dash and no stere. then I took the boat out and launched it into the water only to realize they put the steering cable in wrong and it sent me in the wrong direction almost causing an accident at the dock. I tried calling twice and left messages with no return call for weeks. finally called a third time and talked to Todd the manager who didn't seam bothered or apologetic in any way. he never called me back either. just some young guys pick up the boat and then drop it back off later with again an unconcerning attitude like they were bothered by the whole thing. was in the driveway when they pulled in and yelled F**K real loud cause they saw me. you can't be more unprofessional and out right disrespectful to people and their personal property. I will tell this story for a long time and will not be returning or recommending the Ships Chandler anymore.

Pretty unbelievable that Sales let us drive off the lot with these issues! After we'd had enough, we contacted our lawyer who recommended that we first try to speak with the salesman and owner for resolution. Neither had the courtesy to call us back. But NICK, the new service manager, called us within an hour of leaving the lot. He is taking care of everything on the list and is professional, courteous, prompt, and trying very hard to make up for the deficiencies in other departments. Nick formerly worked for Legendary Marina...and their loss is Gulf Coast Boating's gain! Nick and his service department are excellent!
