We weren't…read moregoing to be there the day of the cleaning as we were moving out of state, so we coordinated with this company to clean prior to the new owners moving in. The cleaners gave us the typical quote and description of what would be cleaned, and we left them a check for payment on the counter - a Cashapp payment was requested prior to service, but I did not feel comfortable doing that. The new owners notified us later that evening that the house had not been cleaned, but the payment was gone. Mountain State Elite claimed a standard move out cleaning had been conducted, but photos provided by the new owners proved otherwise. Total scam!
