The cleaners gave us the typical quote and description of what would be cleaned, and we left them a check for payment on the counter - a Cashapp payment was requested prior to service, but I did not feel comfortable doing that. The new owners notified us later that evening that the house had not been cleaned, but the payment was gone. Mountain State Elite claimed a standard move out cleaning had been conducted, but photos provided by the new owners proved otherwise. Total scam!
