1st Call Roofing came out and replaced what they said were broken tiles, even though they also said…read morethere was no sign of water ingress. They said it looked like the problem was actually mossy gutters so they cleaned the gutters. And charged £300. The issue got worse. I had to threaten them to get them back. They came back and said it was now a blocked downpipe. So how come they didn't see that in the first place. And that I should replace the gutters and they couldn't do that for £300. Meanwhile I had another roofer look and he said the whole problem was the gutters and he could have cleaned them for £60 but better, replaced them for £170. 1st Call are Rip off merchants.

Called Brad out to fix a lead gully repair on two sloping roofs. It had cracks and was leaking into…read morethe loft. Unfortunately Brad didn't remove the old lead and instead completed a terrible job of overlapping more lead causing water to gather causing more of a leak than before.
