The Thursday before the party on Saturday, the company called me at 5:30pm and let me know they were unable to make their commitment for Saturday. Panicked, but unable to do anything since it was after business hours, all I could do was stress all evening because I had no idea how I was going to entertain 12 kids without a bounce house. The next morning, I received a referral to Bouncey House Rentals and they totally came through for me. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they had a dinosaur bounce house available, perfect for our dinosaur-themed birthday party! The driver was early, professional, and really helpful (suggested we put a tarp down at the front of the bounce house for kids to kick off their shoes). The bounce house was clean and safe and a ton of fun. The party was a hit - and I was so grateful for Bouncey House Rentals providing the entertainment. I will go to them for any future bounce house needs and can't wait to spread the word.

Sean was polite and patient and answered my many questions leading up to the event. Sean and Michelle showed up exactly when they said they would and set up the custom arch quickly and efficiently. When that happened with Lush Balloons, I emailed them to let them know it was disappointing to have to tell my friend that the gift was from me. Lush Balloons responded by defensive email, on a day when their shop was closed, to let me know they "...ran out a few days ago..." of their "...free handwritten cards[s]..." I explained in my first email and my response that the point is not that their cards are free or that their delivery person read what our card said to the first person who answered our door. The point is that the card, free or not, needs to be with the $100 plus gift we bought when the intended recipient arrives home from work, etc. Instead of writing a defensive and unhelpful email to us, we wish Lush Balloons had stopped by Target to buy a box of cards until their free cards became available.

My event was on a Sunday which was 107 degrees. We never used the 50 cups provided nor the snow cone syrups which the workers witnessed and took with them. They AGAIN arrived late for pick up but this time the workers were high on Marijuana and smelled of alcohol. They apologized and told us to call Teresa for a refund on the machine. She was the rudest woman I have EVERY encountered. She said NO REFUNDS and refused to answer my calls nor text. I don't believe this is legit business. I have filed a small claims case.
