The customer support on the live chat does not even greet you with Hi or Hello and they went on closing the chat and mark it as resolved without providing the full details. So I called, my question was simple: what's the difference between the virtual office package and the mail forwarding package as they both provide an address you can use to forward mails. the person on the phone said there is no real difference except the virtual office give you a lease agreement and includes all mailing and scanning fees. It was strange as the pricing is way different, so I went and confirmed with this person multiple times and I said so if I just need an address to forward mails coming to my business then I will juse use the mail forwarding service as I won't need the office lease agreement and she said yes. I was still skeptical, I went back to the live chat and asked if it's true that that's the only difference between the 2 plans? and the live chat person said no, the mail forwarding can only be used for things like state filings. So now I'm even more confused and I said why the person on the phone said that the only difference is the lease agreement and the fees? they go: oh everything is explained on our website?? like what?? nO IT'S NOt, the website is super confusing and thats the reason why Im wasting all this damn time trying to figure things on my own. So they ended by: you better call us. So I called again and the person on the phone was HYSTERICAL. she was oh we went through this already and you went to ask the same question on the chat, I explained to you many times bla bla bla bla. she was super hysterical and super unprofessional like she was speaking to her boyfriend not to a business customer. I took time off of work for our 4 hour training session only to have them reschedule it after 15 minutes because they hadn't done what they were supposed to do and we couldn't move forward. So we rescheduled, 4 more hours off of work. Same issue, different task but still had to reschedule 15-30 mins in. Then on the 3rd attempt I kept waiting for the training to start and after an hour CanDee said "Ok, that's about it!" I was livid that I had taken 12 hours off of work to have an hour long conversation that amounted to a pile of crap. I ended up YouTubing Quickbooks and teaching myself. Whenever I needed help I cringed at the unorganized staff and their inability to help, to the point that I just stopped calling. I never got the videos of our "training session" which just goes to show that she didnt find them helpful enough to share either. I had to nag to get the freebies that they had offer as an apology for the weeks I waited for set up. I did finally get them. I had to cut ties w Baker's and they had the audacity to tell me I owed them money for breaking contract! I put a stop paying on my account and never looked back.
