0 stars if I could. I've never said in bigger piece of crap hole! Everything in that house broke…read more When id call to get it fixed, sometimes they would answer sometimes they wouldn't. I think just about every breaker switch had to be changed which is a huge fire hazard. My dryer would also over heat (I guess) and get the hallway all wet and everything inside the dryer room wet. So hot it fogged my glasses up. Their are bugs all the time. When called I was asked to just use bug spray. The windowsills suck and I think that's how the bugs get in? The toilet paper and towel holders have fallen off the walls multiple times. They have hardwood floor in the bathrooms so every time you get them wet, you need to dry it up or else your floor will get messed up. Overall, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent from them.

If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. My husband and I are trying to relocate to the Russellville area from Fayetteville to follow our careers. The first time we went to the office, my husband (who is the nicest person around) had a very rude encounter with one of the women (blonde, short haircut with glasses) who had a snappy attitude, was dismissive and walked away from him multiple times while he tried to get information about the available rentals, as if she didn't have time to deal with him. Past that, we applied for a specific property on the 24th, with the only other lady in there who seemed like she didn't hate her job and she was the only one who spoke to us like we were humans. We were told it would take about 3 days to process the application and then we could place a deposit. We called on the 28th, after lunch to ask about the application and we were told their system was down and it would probably be the next day. No problem, except we didn't hear anything. Called on the 30th, after lunch and we were told that they were just waiting on our references to call back. We offered to contact the references for them to have them make contact with the office and they shot it down, saying they would have to get in touch with the references themselves and they would call us as soon as they heard back. They also wouldn't tell us which references they had/had not spoken to at this point, 4 days into the process. On the 3rd we were out of town and received a message that they needed to "discuss our application with us", seven days into the process. Unable to get anyone on the phone that afternoon when we called, we called them today, the 6th, ten days after we submitted an application to be told that they had rented the property out. There was never any mention that the property had another application or that it was possible it might not be available to us and we were led to believe that no one was interested because of an accident that occurred there. They charged us $40 dollars for the application and then stretched the process out over a week. I attempted to call back immediately to ask what had happened and it took 6 phone calls and one voicemail to get through to someone. When I finally got them on the phone, the lady, who was much nicer than the original woman we dealt with could not tell me why it took 10 days to approve our application and now we are up against a deadline to move when we were led to believe we had a property lined up. All in all, we will not be renting from this company. They have terrible reviews with the BBB as well as with the Russellville Chamber of Commerce and for good reason. I asked for information on the owner of the company to file a formal complaint and they refused to give me any number to call where I could speak with someone in charge. Do yourself a favor, rent from ANYWHERE else. At this point with how they have treated us as renters, we are confident they would be a nightmare to have as landlords and would undoubtedly rob us blind on the back end, especially with all the reviews stating how they ripped off people and took an unreasonable amount out of their security deposits. Shameful company and I will be reporting them as well. Seems they are going for the record on worst slumlords in town and they are going to earn it.
