Their broth are point, very flavourful and delightful at the same time. You can order this anytime of the day. I didn't wait too long for my special order which is a bless when you're eating authentic outside of Brussels (country side).
Even if I told them that I want a lot rice noodles in my Phô, they're still hesitant to put more, so I ordered summer rolls as a starter. The taste was okay.
After eating the whole meal (Broth included) my belly feels very full. A "normal" will be probably have enough with just one large bowl, as long you drink the broth as me ;)
This restaurant is situated near the station Charleroi Sud (30 min from Brussels South Airport) and the ibis hotel. The way to restaurant takes about 5 minutes or less by walking distance. The city is currently renovating the streets so it isn't very appealing but definitely worth it. It's also 5 minutes away from the city shopping mall.
