Honestly, I wanted to check out this place because of the name. I know someone with the last name of Mitra so I wanted a photo of the place. Mitra's Ranch is located on the beautiful island of Palawan in the Philippines. We rode a Filipino "tricycle" to get to the place. It was a short ride from the main town proper of Puerto Princesa. A few of the activities that folks do at the ranch are horseback riding, trampoline, and ziplining. We did none of those. Wifey and I spent most of our time there sitting at the viewing deck by the villa. We simply enjoyed the pretty views of the surrounding area. The place was very serene and peaceful. Saw some folks bringing food with them and finding some benches to sit at and enjoy a picnic. Mitra's Ranch is a place to check out and enjoy some serenity. read more
