They called me an hour before they closed the next day "When I should be getting a call to pick up my car" and told me they ordered the wrong part. That it would be a 100$ extra equaling out to 565$. *Which isn't 100$ btw that 140$* So, not only have I missed work because of their mistake but I'm eating an extra 140$ on top of what I agreed to pay. I will never return here again, and I will tell everyone I know not to come to Zeigs Auto. The professional thing to do would be eat the cost and take responsibility for your own mistake. You have lost a long-time customer, and I will be sure to spread the message to everyone I know on social media and my job.
