Needed a place to stay after leaving Idaho and heading to California for a camping trip. I called in advance and had no problem getting a spot. They only take cash or check and it was $40 a night, making it easy for payment. When we arrived, we were met by the owner and we got registered extremely quickly. Only 3 spots were being used so we had our choice. All spots are pull through, which is great when you are towing a trailer. There are shower/bathrooms available, which are great for the tent campsites as well as only staying one night and not wanting to hook everything up. Electrical hookup worked great and the spots are flat. There is a school located across the street, but it's not in session right now. Only downside is no picnic tables or shade trees for the RV sites. Other than that, great place to stay for the price. read more

We recently stayed at Stateline for 5 nights at one of their tent sites. First of all, the proprietor, Cheryl was an absolute love: extremely friendly and helpful. A review on another website said there were no tent sites; this is incorrect. There were 3 separate tentsites (which easily fit 2+ tents each) and, in my opinion, they were far superior to the RV sites. Each tentsite had grass and at least two trees (very welcome in the high desert sun). Compared to the RV sites which were close together, gravel, with zero trees, the tentsites were an oasis. The bathrooms were old, stained, but exceptionally clean. If you are into Instagram Glamping, this may not be the spot for you. But if you are looking for a clean, decent campsite, read on. The site is centrally located in town: one block from the only restaurant (Say When Bar, Café and Casino), two to three blocks from both gas stations and the Quinn River Market (the main market). The RV Park/campground was easy to find, but the downside is that it is a block from the main highway through town, so you can hear trucks driving by at night. My only other issue was large lights which stayed on all night. Helpful to find the bathroom at 3 a.m., but not sleep friendly. I tried to provide both positive and negative points, but overall, we were very happy here. Will gladly visit again our next time in the area. The tent camping was $15 per night for the first person and $25 for two people (no additional charge for our large, but well behaved dog). We heard RV camping is $40 per night which includes water, 30 amp electric and sewer(?). Thank you Cheryl for a lovely week staying with you. read more

Cooled down really nice at night. Even did a little ham radio and no one bothered me. Con: Only one: No shade for the RV spots. read more

Good place for a quick overnight stay on your way from somewhere to somewhere, not for a weekend destination. Clean lot with water and electric for a fair price. It is a gravel lot with several hook ups and we had the place to ourselves. The bathrooms were clean and close. read more

Stayed here in Sept 2, 2017. Very nice small park in the middle of nowhere. The spaces were spacious, FLAT, and well taken care of. Water and electric were no problem. The bathroom, though old, was very clean and WARM. The temps had dropped so we didn't stay as long as planned but will be our stop when we go thru. We always stop at Mitchells on our way south each winter and did so this year. The next morning we had problems with one of our slide outs. We were there 6 days waiting for a part and were so touched by the helpfulness and concern from the owner Robert. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome. If you have any mechanical issues with RV or vehicle be sure and talk to Robert before you call anyone else for repair. Chances are he can get you on your way.
