Now granted, I don't know a lot about the area coming from Memphis, but I can't tell you how happy I am with the service that we received. First off, in these covid times, all matters of business are difficult, especially involving letting strangers into your home. But the crew with New Orleans Flooring, was not only extremely punctual, but they were courteous to all of my needs and even some of my incessant questions. We've had no issues with any bunching or corners coming up, and I'm still enjoying that new carpet smell here a few weeks after the installation. I really can't think these guys enough. The guy i talked with, John, was very welcoming and warm-hearted. He was able to work with my hectic schedule and provided me with that real New Orleans hospitality I've been hearing so much about it. Definitely would recommend their services to others

John Nix, Beverly, and the installers were professional, timely, caring, and paid attention to detail throughout the process. The operative word is -Quality! Flooring today is NOT CHEAP, but you do get what you paid for! After shopping around, we can away with mixed emotions about undergoing this major investment. Especially from those so-called BIG BOX stores that are truly impressive with product choices. But we came away highly disappointed by the lack of personal attention and felt we were dealing with an entity, not people!!! Not so at New Orleans Flooring. The good: I got my fence motor fixed. And that summarizes the good…read more The bad: 1) company took a 400$ deposit , for two weeks, when I followed up I just got a moving date for the part to arrive. 2 weeks is a long time to have my deposit and no satisfactory response. 2) technician took one of my remotes by mistake, company couldnt figure out whether technician had it or not, even promised me a new one. The original appeared eventually. 3) $225 for a commercial service fee, never mentioned. On the final bill, and the original discussion was 400$ for the appointment to b adjusted at final bill. Bottom line : their estimates are NOT free. The 225 took away most of the 400 deposit so whats the use? 4) the fenced is not balanced and doesn't close properly, it was mentioned that it would be fixed, NOT. Wanted 250$ for 2 manpower hours. The whole bill was $1335 with parts and labor. Cant thighten a screw as a cortesy, and totally leave the gates proper? Very disappointed, prices excessive , I dont recommend. Company has to be at the high end, there must b companies out there more reasonable.
