I was looking for prime rib and found out they cut to order. The prime rib looked terrific. They trimmed the bones off then put them back on and tied it. I am looking forward to smoking it. (We also bought some bacon that looked good). While waiting to get service, they were EXTREMELY NICE and kept everyone informed of their status.
